Had dinner and it was excellent! Great quality value and very tasty. The staff are amazing and the small town Cafe atmosphere is perfect. Ive been coming here as a regular for years and the food always satisfies the soul. Thank you again, we'll be back!

It was awesome.been staying here for the last 3 months service is awesome everything is so awesome!! Service is awesome. Restaurants so good Shellie was my waitress and tirth is so the chef I recommend this restaurant and Parkview Inn and suites The Scotts Inn to everybody in the whole world. Come stay at the Scott's Inn & suites Parkview Inn and suites that's where I'm staying it's awesome

Just had a great supper at a very reasonable price. Great service. It is a little out of the way put with them help if GPS we found it. They have an every day seniors menu with about 5 different entries including two sides for $17.95. We didn't take advantage of his but saw a large group of seniors that appeared to enjoy their meals.

WOW! Sadly Scott's Inn is now under new ownership (by Rocky Mountaineer) and current General Manager assigned to work at the hotel is extremely impolite and unprofessional! Individual wouldn't engage in a mature conversation, kept interrupting me and even hung up before the conversation was completed. Was very confrontational and demonstrated poor listening skills for someone claiming to be a GM. Shameful!! Rocky Mountaineer... time to hire more competent and skillful staff before the busy summer season.

Really well cooked authentic Italian food. The menu has a large enough selection to cater for most tastes. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful. Set in The Design Quarter, boulevard patio area and there’s lots of parking.

The first room that we were assigned, on the second floor, was nice and appealing. However, it turned out this room was not pet-friendly and we had to move to the room on the second floor. It stunk like dog piss. We said that no way we are staying in that room, to which the manager responded "but it's a pet-friendly room"... Like sure, so are we paying $15 extra per night (the pet fee) to enjoy the smell? Now, that is a customer service. After I started to call the *********** support, they agreed to change the room for us. We were assigned a room in the building across the road. The only good thing about that room - it did not stink. Everything else was just awful: broken toilet flush, stained carpet and bed linen... And we still paid "pet fee" for that nightmare, even though our dog does not shed, has good manners and was way cleaner than the room. We were too tired to argue this time, but I can say for sure, this was our worst room in Canada so far.

We were looking for an authentic home cooked Thanksgiving dinner and found it here! A simple restaurant, clean, tidy, with friendly staff. The dinner was delicious, perfectly portioned and included 3 courses for $25pp. Shout out to Shellie, Brodie and Jeff for making this Thanksgiving dinner location a good choice.

This is an affordable and honest option during the expensive summer weekends in Kamloops. My room was clean, large and included a small kitchenette. Also, there was an iron and ironing board and two TVs. The indoor pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a long drive. The restaurant is more than decent!
