Staffs are friendly and helpful to my questions, quick check in and out process. Rooms are clean as expected.

Tired and run down room with torn curtains. Noisy. Not the cleanest. Bath didn’t drain very well, toilet cistern wouldn’t refill so flushing was difficult and tap handle came off the basin tap.
Glad it was only a one night stop over between jasper and Vancouver airport.

It appears to us that when you book thru ******* that the property owners/front desk management know they’re getting a reduced fare since ******* gets there share. In most cases we’re relegated to the smallest worst room available at check in. Some exceptions.

Our room at back of building was very quiet. Convenient restaurant. Desk clerk friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was hosting a teenage girl sports team so I can understand not being able to keep all the rooms quiet, so should have either given the other guests a heads up so we could decide for ourselves how important getting a good sleep was.

Very kind staff who offered us an early check-in and very quick and easy checkout process, and while the hotel was nice enough, the area around the hotel wasn’t the best.

Stayed 3 nights, couldn’t sleep most of the time due to noisy parking lot. OLD single pane aluminum framed window almost fell out when I opened it. Hotel was too hot, needed window open the whole time. Stains on carpet and chairs.

We checked in late, otherwise we would have left. The room was dirty. The bathroom was extremely small and appears that black mold had just been painted over. Carpet had food left on it beside the bed. Very disappointed.

Carpet was not vacuumed. Mice poop in the room and what looked like blood on the walls.
