Extremely Disappointing – Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was one of the most unpleasant vacation experiences I’ve had. Despite its 4-star rating, the reality was far from expectations: • Unfriendly and exhausted staff, especially the woman at reception – no sign of professionalism or courtesy. The only employees who showed any level of politeness were a few members of the Asian staff. • Poor and unsafe food quality: meals were bland and of low quality. My wife and child developed enterocolitis after eating at the pool bar, and we had to call a doctor. • Constant noise: there’s no peace and quiet. The air conditioning system, both inside the rooms and outside, generates a constant, loud hum 24/7, making it impossible to rest properly. • Missing basic amenities: the bathroom didn’t even have hand soap – let alone shampoo or shower gel. Completely unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel. • Unpleasant access to the beach – poorly designed and poorly maintained. • Technical issues: on the last night, we experienced three power outages. We were left without electricity or air conditioning in the middle of the night. Although staff responded quickly, the issue was never fully resolved. • Dull evenings: no real entertainment, no atmosphere – just boring and lifeless. • Wi-Fi is not free – charged at €8 per device, which is simply outrageous in 2025. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, safe, or even remotely decent vacation. The price-to-quality ratio is terrible, and the overall lack of care for guests is obvious.

Just come home from an amazing time here . We had a swim up room , room was fantastic, plenty of space for us and the teenagers . Pool, grounds and building is beautiful . The staff are amazing , wonderful friendly team shout out to the three ladies at the front of the restaurant always smiling , chatting and helping guests and the lady in the mini mart was so informative . In honesty after reading the reviews of some , I was nervous- their was no need for this , it’s your holiday and we all want something different personally the four of us loved it and fell in love with Rhodes . Thank you to all the staff , the amazing room cleaners (every day beds made , cups cleaned , towels replaced ) the information you gave us and just thank you for a fantastic holiday .

this is our second time here. The most beautiful hotel, incredibly clean. Everyone is kind and helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and the young lady at the reception! If we come to Rhodes again, we will definitely book here! I can only recommend it.

Me and my best friend went to Kresten Palce for the first time, and we’d definitely go back! We loved it! The staff was so lovely and and welcoming, always asking if we was okay and if we needed anything. Around the pool was always busy! Loads of things for adults and children to get involved in! Thank you to the entertainment for a great time too!
