The mountain view rooms are highly recommended, the staff and owners are friendly and would go all out to make your stay comfortable. They have inhouse/outsourced cloud kitchen tie up and food is decent. The additional advantage is they have 2 friendly pets and you can spend somw good time with them. The place is 1. 5 km from city centre.

- sub par rooms
- one room not cleaned properly - breakfast good/everything else very average - geysers not properly working - one bathroom had bugs climbing the walls

Stay was nice hospitality was awesome and just there is no airconditioner on the room i understand that there should be no ac but otherwise everything was good overall

Had a good stay for one night. The hotel staff (managers etc) is really good - smiling, helpful, very cultured in talking. The room was good, with large windows and good furniture, and full OTT services on TV. The food is good, pure veg to our delight. The only concern was that although the room did have a "mountain view" as advertised, the location of the hotel - next to a petrol pump and overlooking other buildings, made the roofs of those buildings and the traffic of the roads below come in the way of the mountain view, which is only at a distance. The immediate view is of the busy road and traffic outside, not of any greenery. But good experience overall.

Hotel location is very good. Staff behaviour was also good. Room quality is decent. Toilet was clean. Food is also good at reasonable price. Issues - Regulator of Fan, Mosquito all out machine, door of the bathroom were not working properly

It was pleasant to stay at mountain view hotel. Good service, decent budget room with plenty of space. Bathroom is quite big with heater, ***** with a center table, 2 chair.

Nice and clean hotel. Minutes away from the main market. Mr ashok is your one stop guy for all the things. The hotel is good for families. The rooms are clean. Not too big but averagely big.
