Very clean rooms, very nice place , amazing staff, very helpful and kind. Solved our problem very efficiently and without any delay. Specially, Sugam was very helpful and always there for whatever we needed. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.

I really the enjoyed staying in this hotel, staff were really good and very polite. Room service was very satisfying. Amit from room service ***agement was very attentive and cooperative. I would really recommend this hotel to stay. The pool was very much clean and we enjoyed our time here.

Housekeeping was too good.Mr. Amit housekeeping incharge behaviour and service was too Location of property . Overall experience was very satisfactory.You must visit this property.Kanchenjungha view from property was excellent. worth visit property.

I visited here in May, 2024. Hospitality is awesome. Housekeeping sraffs are so dedicated. Mr. Amit, housekeeping supervisor personally attended us. All the front office staffs I met are helpful. Food quality is also good

We had booked a premium AC room in this hotel through the GM Prasanna Ray.. But when we reached there I somehow didn't like the room and wanted to go for Garden View Suit Room and wanted to check out one day earlier for my flight timings.. I requested to adjust the amount with the upgraded suit room, and Mr Prasanna Ray not only just adjusted but also charged me very less for the upgraded suit room which I wanted to take without prior notice. Mr Prasanna Ray is an amazing hu*** being with immense patience because I took my senior citizen parents and while booking I had called quite a few times but each time he responded within minutes and cleared all my queries with immense patience.. If you want suit room at discounted rate, Mr Prasanna Ray is the best there.. On our arrival we got a warm welcome from Tanmay and Prasanna Rasaily (Reception Head).. She then took us to the lunch area.. where I met Pritika and Esther.. Such a beautiful lady Pritika and Esther because throughout our stay they took care of our diet.. We wanted maida puri and they both made sure we get, their behaviour made us feel like home and Pritika is such a sweetheart, she deserves special mention for always trying to give me the type of cooking I want.. Esther run errands to meet the need of every clients over the food table..We met Chef Reza and he was so nice that he always tried to fulfill the need of the guests..He personally stands in the morning buffet breakfast time and never says no to any of the dietary needs. In the restaurant you will meet two young boys, kid you can say but above 21 of course.. K****iz and Armoon.. they deserve special mention and I haven't seen such two well behaved employees of any restaurant.. They took care of my ma's every need with a smile and never I found them feeling irritated in serving any clients.. Whatever clients used to say in the restaurant, they just rushed to do it with a "yes" and smile.. Armoon used to bring everything from buffet for my senior citizen ma and K****iz took care of my vanilla ice cream need as I can't eat any other flavours.. Then suddenly my mother felt sick and Prasanna Rasaily (reception head) personally came and made arrangements for medicine, she even made ors water for my ma, which made us feel that we are staying at her home and she is my sister from another beautiful mother.. Each morning for our room cleaning, Amit the supervisor personally used to come.. No words can describe how good this *** is.. I always had a bucket list and one of the key things was to surprise my ma with mother's day decoration in hotel room.. But as I stay away from India, I couldn't make it on mother's day mostly and then universal rule for mothers that they don't let their children to spend money for this type of purposes, and shouts on us to stop wasting money, though spending money for mothers are never a waste.. This time I casually expressed my sorrow that I have come for mother's day and she already started giving me warni

It was really really a nice and amazing stay. Amit from housekeeping, he was terrific. Well coordinated people, even laundry service was so so so good. Abdash, did a fabulous job. We got the clean and dry laundry in just one day. I would recommend to everyone to stay here. It is really a nice to live here.

We went to Kalimpong and had visited "Fortune Resort" as a walking guest to have some dinner.....The main thing I was in a normal dress & wearing a simple sandle cause it was a rainy night & the ***ager of there they treat us like we're nothing for them..but I didn't told anything in return..They judge their customers with their looks & dress up...Very bad service & misbehaving with customer's who look like normal...I have visited ***y Five star hotels no one treat us like that way.. Comparing to Mayfair service is one of the best in allover Kalimpong District..Good Service & well disciplined staffs..Though Fortune is a very aristocrat hotel, the behavior of hotel receptionist are incredibly bad....worst experience
