This home is centrally located near great river fishing (Kasilof and Kenai rivers), five miles south of Soldotna. It is one block off the Sterling highway in a quiet neighborhood. It has a gated private driveway and is fenced all the way around. There's a cozy cabin feel throughout the home, and is equipped with satellite tv, Wi-Fi and a freezer for your fish. The loft has two bedrooms and are separated by curtains for privacy. The stairs are steep with railing on one side. There's many handcrafted items all around and everything you need to feel right at home. There's a yard with outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a lot of flowers. The deck has a charcoal grill and chairs. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About events:No events allowed.

Gary and Teresa were waiting at the gate with smiles and a great Alaska welcome. The cabin was filled with nick knacks that gave it a real homie feeling. I had access to the garden which gave me fresh lettuce everyday. Oh by the way I hope your guys tomatoes got ripe. I would come back again, and would recommend it to family and friends.

Convenient, and felt like at home.
Impressed with the cottage, having my own parking area, and gated off the main property, we felt we had our own space. Quiet, and with an outdoor fireplace. We cooked some salmon we caught for a late night before bed.

Interesting cottage. If the Ritz is your style, go somewhere else. If you want a funky eclectic place- you’ve found it.

The owners opened the gate to their property and showed us around. The place was perfect for our need. Very relaxing!
