My Oceanfront Hawaii Vacation Rental Kailua Kona

My Hawaii Vacation Rental, "Kona Luana", is located 1/2 mile from downtown Kailua-Kona with the nearest sandy beach 2 blocks away. Kona Luana is a unique 3 story condominium. Unit 1 is on the first floor and is not a rental. Unit 2 and Unit 3 are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. both opposite each other, both of which have the identical floor plan. There is no elevator and there is 1 flight of exterior stairs which takes you to the 1st level and 1 flight of interior stairs which take you to the upper level, bedrooms, bathrooms. Living room: Includes Direct TV, Samsung Channels. A large 55", Samsung, High Definition flat screen. An office desk, Couch and chair. A gorgeous, unique stone flooring, The staircase and all upstairs are all tiled using Travertine.. A breath taking 180 degree view of Kahului Bay that is only feet away. The living room also has Air Condition just in case you need it. Kitchen: A Corian counter top, full range of cooking utensils including, pots, pans, glasses, plates and cups. This unit comes with it's own private washer and dryer, which are new and bought 10/2022. A completely remodeled kitchen witch includes custom cabinets, dishwasher and a refrigerator/ freezer. It also includes a microwave, convection oven, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, grinder and toaster. Master Bedroom: has an incredible ocean view and private lanai. The bedroom has a travertine floor, 2 large closets, 42" flat screen H.D. Television, DirecTV and Sansung channels. The décor is stylized as Ming and Qing dynasties’ and very comfortable for living. You can feel both classic royalty and the modern luxury. The queen size, low Japanese platform bed, is actually one Asian item which has invaded the Traditional western bedroom with white cotton sheets plus some colored pillows to highlight the darkened wood. This creates the spa-like ambiance that’s truly bliss. Master Bathroom: Includes tub, as well as a shower and Asian style wash basin and custom tile flooring. The master bedroom also has it's own private lanai that includes rattan furnishings. 2nd. Bedroom: This bedroom has two twin size beds and it's own air conditioning. Asian style décor including a teak dresser and night stand. 2nd. Bathroom: Completely remodeled, this bathroom is tiled in travertine with a mosaic tile floor. The shower also has 3/4' seamless glass doors with stainless steel fixtures. Kona Vacations Rental provides the optimal way to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation with all the luxuries and comforts of home, shopping, dining and entertainment are well within walking distance. Pest Control: I have both condos treated for pests quarterly. Just be aware, this is an oceanfront home on an Island. Occasionally, there are insects. If you leave food out, the tiny ants will come, if you leave the door or screen open, bugs will come in. If insects bother you, then look somewhere else.
