Adora Hotel & Resort

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Zeynep from Guest Relations for her kind assistance!

We are coming from estonia and this is our 3th time. We will contuni to come here because we really love Adora. We are never bored. Animation activties are so fun and ofc animators. Foods are delicious and rooms are clean. And ofc i have to talk about night programs. They are amazing like amazing. We advice that hotel to every family.

My partner and I have recently come back from our second trip to Adora - one of our favourite holiday destinations. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing trip or space to enjoy the sun, sea and pool - Adora has it all. The service that’s delivered is of the highest quality. Every staff member is polite, and by the end of the week each one will remember your name and greet you. In particular we have to shoutout the barman Karim, who once again made every night special. We were overjoyed when on our second trip we arrived at the bar to see Karim still there, and his service, humour, excellent cocktails and brilliant personality made every night memorable. Thank you so much Karim. We must shoutout the entertainment team who work so hard to ensure everyone has a great time - thank you Anil for again making our trip so fun. Second time here, a beautiful place, green, large courtyard, nice club rooms, super restaurant and bars, exceptional A La Carte. 13 tennis courts, great SPA Center, huge beach with the best Beach Bar! Nice guys everywhere, great kids care, with a so big area as playground and other entertainment faxilities for them. We ador Adora

We recently stayed at this supposed 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not match the expectations or the rating. While the food and bar service were fairly good, the attitude and behavior of the staff left a lot to be desired — especially when it came to how guests were treated based on nationality. One of the most disturbing aspects of our stay was the clear and consistent preferential treatment shown towards Russian guests. Compared to them, other tourists — including ourselves — were treated with indifference or even subtle discrimination. For example, we had a reservation for the à la carte restaurant on July 8th, booked well in advance on July 3rd. When we arrived, unlike the Russian guests who were offered premium seating and attentive service, we were given a last-minute, improvised table setup, without any view from the rooftop. Following a formal complaint to guest relations, we were granted a new reservation for the next day — yet even then, the experience remained poor. Out of our group of four, only three meals were served; one of us was simply ignored and received his food after. Despite the hotel advertising a full renovation in 2023, only the furniture appears to have been updated. The rest of the infrastructure is outdated and far from luxurious. While cleanliness was acceptable, it wasn’t outstanding. The beach is also misrepresented. It’s not fully sandy as claimed — it's a mix of sand and stones, making it uncomfortable in places. The beach pavilions, available only at extra cost, are old and unstable, certainly not what you'd expect from a premium beach resort.

Lovely apartment, pool and awesome beach. The A La Carte Mediterranean restaurant was fantastic. Seven courses of deliciousness!
