Kaya Belek

I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot. Best regards,

I was happy especially the service when I made reservation for Italian Ala Carte. Deria was the best person I could imagine to handle my reservation for my group. Many thanks to her. The service at bars was also excellent. Rooms were quite small but good enough.

Stayed for a week at Kaya Belek with my mum in room 1078, rooms are a bit tired however the maid was lovely and kept it very clean. The staff in this hotel are brilliant and go over and above to make your stay excellent. A few mentions, Ahmet and Firhat In the main restaurant were so lovely, and got our tea just how we like it. The food is tasty and plentiful for breakfast lunch and dinner, i really don't know how anyone could complain. It's fresh and topped up and very well presented. The head chef does a great job plus all the staff work really hard in there. We went to the Turkish ala Carte which was nice, but same food as the main restaurant but you don't have to go up and get it yourself. The bar service and evening entertainment was good, however the cocktails are not great. Melis in the main bar is a very sweet girl and so friendly. The guys skating round the pool area do a great job, keeping the drinks flowing. The sun loungers on the beach are a bit worse for wear and could do with replacing. Found the reception team really friendly and helpful, we arrived late at night and they kindly sorted some food for us. They even fixed my mums suitcase!! Can't fault their customer service at all, they were all excellent. Shame there wasn't a hotel shuttle bus as a taxi was 12 euros to Land of legends which is only about 1.5 miles away. We found reception more helpful than the guest relations, who just pointed to a corridor when I tried to find out when our transfer pick up would be Any problems we had were out weighed by how good the hotel staff are at this hotel. Overall if you want a hotel which is clean, great food, great staff, and looks lovely, then this is the place to go. Best holiday ever! Travelling as a single parents with a 6yo daughter. All the people of the animation team are our heroes. Their energy is endless. They are so friendly and real pro’s. Your kid doesn’t want to leave the kids club anymore so you can actually read a book! That’s how much fun they have. Very well organised. You can trust them fully. Huge shout out to Adonis, Yeriana and Lili. We love you. Kids will love the minidisco. The hotel itself is great too. Waiters in the restaurant, pool and beach are so friendly and helpful. There is a separate kids depar**ent in the restaurants which is lovely. Very nice to swim in the clean sea and pools. There is a heated indoor pool and kids are allowed inside. Perfect!

It was a golf trip, Hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy, facilities good, we were all inclusive. The Main Restaurant is brilliant, great choice for all guest types. Don't bother with the separate restaurants. The Pools are clean, plenty of sun beds. Indoor pool a bit small. Service is fast and efficient in all depar**ents. Reception all good quick and efficient, booked in fast rooms were ready cases and clubs delivered. All the staff are really helpful, friendly and on top of the job. Golf Course and staff all good, course is hard but not so hard you cant enjoy it. Later we required some help with our return travel documents, which reception was unable to sort so we went to guest relations and was helped By "Deyra" the GR manager who was on the ball problem sorted in an instant. Well done all of you at the Kaya Belek will come back again

Very nice place. Very Friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Food is lovely.

6 yıl önce 9 mayıs 2018de geldiğimizden bu yana hiç değişmeyen otel. Yemek lezzetleri hala aynı ve gerçekten güzel, 6 yıl önce eşimi çocuğumuzun yemeği için mutfağa almışlardı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle çocuk dostu bir otel. 09.04.2024te başlayan tatilimizde Ana restaurantta Sous chef Özkan GEDİK'e o kadar yoğun çalışma programında ilgisi, önerileri, ve güler yüzü için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz gerçekten. Umarım hayat bu güler yüzünden hiç bir şey eksilt**z. Kısmet olurda kış tatiline Kaya Uludağ'a gidersek görmek isteyeceğimiz bir şef. Bunum yanında eksiklerinden bahset**zsek olmaz, havanın değişkenliğinden dolayı kapalı havuzu hergün kullanmak zorunda kaldık ve kapalı havuzda bugün bir problem yaşadık. Çözmek için birkaç telefon et**k durumunda kaldık ve saolsunlar müşteri ilişkilerinden derya hanım hemen bi personel yönlendirerek problemin çözülmesine yardımcı oldu. Bu durumu otelin genel müdür yardımcısı Mustafa KIRCA ile görüşerek 6 yıldan bu yana değişmesi gerekenler, bugün yaşanan problemler, ve değişmeyen ve tercih sebeplerimizden olan konuları konuştuk. Saolsun fikirlerimizi ve şikayetlerimizi dikkate alarak çok güzel bir konuşma ortamı oldu. Ve yaşadığımız problemleri telafi et**k adına çok güzel bir jest hazırlayarak odamıza gönderdiklerinden ayrıca memnun olduk. İnce düşüncelerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ve yine, iyiki gelmişiz dedik. 6 yıl öncesi tatilimizin anneler gününe denk gelmesi, bu tatilimizinde ramazan bayramına gelmesinden ötürü düzenlenen küçük ama gerçekten insanların yüzünü güldüren naif süprizleri için otelin genel müdürü Hakan KAYA'ya da teşekkür ederiz. Ama Alacarte restaurantı kullanamamak kötü oldu pazara kadar dolu olduğu söylendi, ama ana restauranttaki lezzetlerle bunu unutturdular. Personellerin bu yoğun tempoda çalışmalarına rağmen güleryüzlerini hiç eksiltm**eleri de çok iyiydi bu durumu sağlamak gerçekten çok önemli ve zor. Kaya Belek bunu başarıyor. Yarın otelden tatilimiz bittiği için ayrılmak zorunda da olsak, Yine olsa yine geliriz.

Shahin, who works at the main restaurant, offered impeccable service with a warm smile and attention to detail, which made my stay truly unforgettable. His professionalism and genuine hospitality surpassed my expectations. Guest relations Manager Mrs Derya was also very helpful and attentive to the guests.
