房間乾淨舒適，備品齊全，洗髮水護髮素都產自法國。迷你吧有免費的飲料啤酒以及小吃。服務周到，對小孩子很有耐心。大部分遊戲免費，保齡球需要額外付費。大堂吧的雞尾酒很好喝！有單點餐廳和自助餐廳，24小時隨時可以就餐。總體感覺，攜程的鉑鑽酒店確實是非常好的選擇。

We are coming towards the end of our week here, we are a family of 4 with 2 boys age 5 and 8. Overall we have really enjoyed the Calista. There is a great balance of plenty for the boys and opportunity for us to relax. Good choice of pools, including a heated one near the spa. We were first allocated a room in block 5 which we found noisy late at night so we were moved to 6 which has been quieter, The kids facilities are great. Our boys have enjoyed the kids club, the staff are warm and friendly. There is plenty of room on the football fields, they love the water slides, the basketball court, the games room and bowling. The food has been pretty good, the bbq option at dinner is a nice change from the buffet. Sakura, the Asian a la carte was very good. We would prefer more a la carte’s included with our stay. The spa is very good. Pier bar and beach bar are lovely spots too. I would say that the Calista looks to me to be the most classy option on this stretch of beach at Belek, the surrounding hotels aren’t the most aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is very clean, good standard of housekeeping.

Second time in Calista 2024.08.24-2024.08.31 and still everything good, relax holiday, beautiful environment, perfect sunbends around the pool. Everything is clean. Charm beach club is perfect in the evening. Based on the fact that the hotel is full you need to understand that if you come to the evening performance at the last moment, you will not get a free table. The same in the main restaurant, it is full, but several times a manager in the restaurant helps to find a free table. In my opinion they need to build new aquapark, it is too old and small for good hotel. Food in the main restaurant is good, but I missed more hot seafood, but you always can taste grille fish outside. Patiserie in the main building is really poor and a small selection :( Lobby bar is one of my favourite, tasty coctails and relaxed lighting. Rooms are cleaned 2 times a day, mini bar ok. Missed a nesspreso coffe machine in the room. Live music in the evening is perfect. Service at the pool area in the daytime is good. Alacarte restaurant very tasty :) I will return to this hotel again if the price will be similar! :)

Amazing place, we were here 2 yrs ago, updated all facilities (kids club, coffee place). Sea water is very warm (30degree). Staffs are very friendly and kind. Kids club also newly renovated, my boy enjoyed kids club. There are cute cats they are also freidnly which is bonus. Pool is very clean and big. Food also very good . Nice salad & bbq. I will be back!

We stayed at calista hotel for 3 nights, it was very luxury, our room was nice, very good breakfast, night show was very good, delicious food, alots of variety of drink & snacks bar, break fast was full of variety of food& pastry , very nice & clean beach,

We had a lovely time sandy beach with only few pebbles at the entrance in the sea, good food, a lot of lamb, fish and sea food. The minikids club has a lot of fun activities, the kids were vere happy, room big and clean, amazing and friendly staff.

We spent a wonderfull holiday at the first week of September in Calista Luxury Belek enjoying every single moment! When you are deciding on booking an all inclusive resort, you confront with lots of options that seem very similar. We routinely choose the resort according to the photos and reviews (almost all resorts have high rate reviews and the amneties/foods etc. look so close in pictures). But here I want to make it easier for tou to choose Calista Luxury Belek. Because despite all similarities in pictures, there are a lot of differences that are not obvious in photos. You need to be there to feel the difference! It was our seventh holiday in Belek and the best of it. Calista is great! I mean it has great amneties, nice rooms, fantastic food and drink, nice service etc. but in my review I want to focus on items that are not obvious on photos and films you see. For instance; I assume that the staff are the best part of the resort. I realy mean it. They do all they can to keep you happy; to keep you satisfied. Normally, I acknowledge some names in my reviews. However for Calista I do feel cruel to add only the names of some specific staff. All of them are great. I think Calista must be proud of its personnel. And the human resource of your complex to make such amazing mentality. I dont know what are you doing to keep all these incredible perfectionist staff work together! Congratulations! Upon our arrival we asked the reception to give us a room in higher floors. They gave us a room in the fourth floor (the highest floor) of the second building with a side sea view. In many hotels they charge you for such options but in Calista these things happen easily! All rooms have big balconies and appropriate size. Hygienic items (eg shampoo, toothpaste etc.) are fine; especially the Molton Brown soap with a very nice smell. The food, patiseries and drinks are realy on another league. This is another item that cannot be shown in the images. All resorts give you lots of food/beverage options. Some of them are great and almost all of them look great in pictures. But due to my experience; Calista has the highest standards amongst all. They pay attention to details to go beyond your expectations. As an example the juices in most hotels are factory made. But in Calista most juices are made naturaly. The cocktails are made in their best quality with highest quality material. Everywhere is clean. The rooms, public areas even the bathrooms near the beach are being kept vey clean. Entertainment team is warm and friendly. With high quality shows. Thank you Calista! It couldn’t get any better! The only challenge you have is to keep the resort the way it is! We had this wonderful time there. And we are looking forward to our next holiday in Calista Luxury Belek.

The best hotel in Antalya! Food and beverage on a high level, the greatest service we have ever had in Turkey. Furthermore, they do care about animals, which was the main reason we returned this year. Good pillows and duvets, very comfortable beds. We will definitely come again.

This resort is amazing. Everything was perfect. The hotel is outstanding, service efficient, food excellent and staff extremely professional. The pools are great and there is so much to do. We did not feel the need to leave the resort the whole week. The kids club is brilliant and the entertainment West End standard. I do not have a bad thing to say about the resort, just wished we could stay longer. I really hope that we will be able to go back one day.
