The condo is located on a wonderful resort with two heated pools, hot tub & tennis courts. You are walking distance from the beach, where Carlin Park is located with playground, BBQ's, restaurant & of course the beautiful beach! Our newly refurbished condo offers two bedrooms (3 beds) & two bathrooms. The master bedroom with king bed has a flat screen TV, built in wardrobes & views overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen & twin bed with flat screen TV making it ideal for families & couples alike. A cot is available upon request . The kitchen area has everything you need including coffee maker, toaster, blender & wine fridge. There is a large dining table suitable for 6 people. All bed linens, towels, 6 beach towels & 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided for your use. The screened porch is a relaxing area with comfortable chairs & sofa where you have fabulous views overlooking the lake. You will be spoilt for choice each night with such a great variety of fabulous restaurants located nearby! We are happy to offer a discount for long term stays during the off season from May-November.
