Super 8 by Wyndham Joliet I-55 N/Chicago

I was told the pool was up and running. When we came to check it they informed us it had been closed for some time now. The first 1 hr of being there a saw a roach in the room. No batteries in the remote to watch tv. On the 2nd day I asked room service to clean the room because we had to stay another night and they never came to clean. Never again.

Property needs to be exterminated seen a roach in bathroom. Outlets need to covered for safety.

Pool down only coffee and oa**eal for breakfast, they ran out of coffee after one pot wouldn't make more. Frig inn room not working asked for non-smoking ended up on smoking floor. Can say night staff very helpful and friendly

Hotel was horrible and nasty . Hallways stank , saw a roach in the bathroom didn’t even want to shower here . Will never book this hotel again !!!!

Not the best, corridors were smelly, roach in my room, it was cheap, but not worth staying!!! And as for the continental breakfast !!! Not sure what continent it was from!!

Upon checking in I was told that it was OK for my dogs to be in the room. My sister, my daughter, and I were in the room together and we each have our own emotional support animals. I was out at church and my sister was walking the dogs because she was not feeling well so she stayed at the room with the dogs only to be notified by staff that she wasn’t supposed to have them there and she informed whoever was she was talking to that the manager said it was OK. She was then told well you dogs can’t stay here anymore. All of the dogs are registered with identification cards and registration numbers. When we entered the room, there was a very musty, almost mold, or mildew. We smell in the room. I had to go and buy disinfectant, sprays and air, fresheners and open the windows in order to remove some of the smell out of the room. It also cause an influx of allergy issues and sinus issues with my daughter and myself. I’ve stayed at this establishment a couple of other times and never had an issue like I did on this trip. Needless to say this will be the last time I stay here. Specially, when you average out almost $100 per night and it wasn’t even up to standards. And when they say they offer breakfast, it was nothing but packets of instant oa**eal, packaged muffins, coffee, and juice definitely a let down.

There was urine all over the toilet from previous persons stay. None of the outlets worked and the cord fell right out of the wall! There were homeless people just sitting outside and staff said nothing! I want a refund!
