Penthouse, nice view, cansee sun rise, super big, location nice and friendly staff,will stay again

Quite a good place. Surprising the place is quite clean. WhatsApp the staff to replenish some items and it was delivered reasonable timing

Enjoyed my stay at KSL. The apartment was big & spacious. I will come again with my family.

It was very difficult to find our way to the apartment after the hotel staff asked us to park our car at the apartment hotel. It took me and my family 45 mins to find our way to the apartment lobby. The lift we could take to our apartment is overcrowded and we waited for 15 mins just to get into the lift. 2 out of 3 water heater were not working. Slippers were not provided even though it was stated in the description at the time of booking. There’s a leakage of water from the fridge and the floor were wet. The bed mattresses were all “worn out” as they were sinking in. No shower cap were provided. TVs in the rooms were all spoilt. One of the room don’t even have a TV. Will not stay in this apartment anymore.

1st we got room full of **** power supplt cant use have to walk to the lobby to make complains.. then call the number at the memo at the room also not anwsering seriously is a messe

I stayed in May 2024. Apartment is very hugh and clean. HOWEVER, waiting for the lift is such a pain. Be ready to wait for up to 10mins for a lift or longer. Also, the lift that was for our apartment was not working. We had to use someone's else lift to access to our floor. And to our horror, that apartment owner decided to lock her lift. No other lift on the floor had access to the ground anymore. So me and my family including 60 years old elderly had to climb down 11 floors each time we want to come down. This includes with our luggage in the end. No help!
