Room is terrible, customer service even terrible even not reply customer request, and the Wi-Fi in the hotel can’t use at all. Stay for two night here, ask to clean up the room from morning till 2pm, they just not entertain your request and the card key also keep on got problem, so one star for this hotel service and don’t stay here to get their terrible service

I always wanted to try out new hotels , but this Ramada Wyndham Suites Cleanliness had disappointed me and my spouse. We were sleeping, until something crawl to my ears... we got shocked and woke up immediately... This bug as shown in the photo attached is so big .. what it happens if it crawl into my ears ? ***!! It seriously causes a lot of Trauma to me and my spouse. We Check Out immediately on that night and ask for Full Refund ! The Duty Manager Mr.Ahmad, had promise to bring this matter up to the Management for the Full Refund. Yet till now, i havent receive any updates .. Maybe due to Saturday & Sunday ... I hope i can get the full refund by this week and i would like to cancel my upcoming hotel stay in Ramada Wyndham Suite on 09 August.

The service was near excellent and the staff were nice. The facilities were good but we didn’t have a chance to taste the food as we did not want breakfast. I am a Kg Bahru boy as I was born in a house of Jalan Abdul Samad 58 years ago. It felt great to see the new generation in preserving our kampung heritage. Kudos to Ramada’s team for bringing back the memories. Thank you and looking forward to visiting this place again.

room is very big and clean. very good value. location is not great but there are a few very good restaurants (lightwood and lazy monday) around. roosters can be heard crowing all morning every few seconds and minutes. wifi is very poor. one of our laptops could not connect to any game services at all, and sometimes the connection itself is unstable. phones cannot connect to wifi at all too.

Hotel is a little secluded better if you are driving. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. There are a few nice halal restaurants nearby, one seafood restaurant that is very popular with locals specialising in crabs and Lazy Monday. The toilet has a sewage smell that is not very pleasant and the breakfast only have 6 dishes in total.

First time staying this hotel, location is ok unless u drive. Carpark is safe and no need to TNG validate. Only problem is restaurant and gym no wifi connection. Paid extra for breakfast but I suggest u eat outside better as the food is too simple and not many choice to eat. Both studio room and 1 bedroom is huge for couple !

We booked a few rooms but only 1 was detected jn the system. The rest were missing. Please get this sorted and prevent it from happening again. Thankfully we received a free upgrade for 1 of the rooms. Should’ve upgraded for all the missing bookings. The location is strategic, view from room balcony, amazing.

Relatively new hotel. Location a bit far from city center. Ample parking. Breakfast limited selection & average. Room is spacious with dining & living area and overall clean. No TV and wifi available …overall an average stay.

The room is spacious and cleaned.. the staff are helpful and friendly.. no wifi and television to watch..

Didn't even clean my room for few days, and the wifi is down during my whole stay. Very disappointing.

The room was clean and spacious, the shower cubicle could have more space to put things. Breakfast had a variety of food available, but most of the food is cold. The location of the hotel is in a more remote area, so taking a private hire or having your own transport is preferred.

The place is clean and spacious, just the location is a bit off from ksl and the city centre. There's space to improve the breakfast and reception. They even forgot to issue breakfast upon check-in. Some issue with the room shower temperature, super hot or not hot at all. Else, the rest is okay.

nice hotel very clean counter service friendly but breakfast is so so 🙈 price is reasonable
