It was a great stay and service there! Love the swimming pool but it closed at 7pm. The breakfast buffet was so good - really enjoyed it! and it’s few mins drive away to Blue Lake (if you like hiking, you should go!)

The place is so amazing, felt like a place you definitely needed! A lot os amenities, areas are clean and well maintained. We will be back soon!

Good and well maintained old resort hotel located near UTM. Varieties of good breakfast and ample space parking area. The club house are superb with Malay traditional architecture supported with gym, pool etc

This is a little retreat away from home. We spent Raya at this hotel. It’s very quiet and secluded. I want to give a special thank you to Raj! He was so sweet, always going the extra mile! Please can the management give him special recognition as he made the holiday extra pleasant

This is my second visit of the month. I went there with my friend and booked a room with one bedroom and a living room. However, we get to know that there is no more room available when we reach there and the staff is very good and upgraded us to two bedrooms with living rooms. Room is very spacious but due to the place is currently under renovation at some certain areas so the view is just so so. But consider the price is still reasonable. The facilities at this place can be only 2/5 cause like the gym room..a lot sports equipment is out of order and looks very outdated. The steam room is not working and as well as the jucazzi is not hot at all. Only bubbles and don't feel anything 😑 The staff at there is very helpful and polite. The bell boy is very friendly and helps us to carry the luggage to the room. He provided an excellent service while I was waiting for my grab when I checked out. What he did was he asked me to take a rest at the lobby, and if the car is here, he will call me out. 5stars for him.

Food only Malay food unfortunately.

Awesome. Just need to improve on cleaning the bathroom side. Foods, location and staf is great.

Hotel ok cuma tak muslim friendly. Quiet disappointing for a public hotel, dekat public cafe table dia pakai mark Carlsberg. The wine bottles are their highlights, as if this is not a muslim country. Biasanya pergi 4-5 stars hotel, wines or bar section kena kat hujung2 sikit, tapi kat Pulai Spring ni macam fokus utama dia. Patung2 pun banyak. So as a muslim rasa serba salah sebenarnya tinggal di hotel macam ni. Anyway my kids love the pool with the huge slide!

Amazing hotels with five swimming pools

Good and spacious rooms. Many different facilities and sports center, however is dated and needs renovation. 3 out of 4 Sauna/steam room did not work. Breakfast is average

Stayed in deluxe room but don’t feel deluxe at all. Things were out of order here and there with no proper maintenance. Hang make up room hanger on the door but can go missing. The housekeeping just too lazy. Only the hotel premises is spacious with many trees.

The resort is good, we have booked family room there have 2 bed room very spaces, suitable for family chill during weekend

Very good place will return next time
