This is a nice and upscale hotel only a 2 minute walk to the Convention Center. The only thing that surprised me is that parking is $10 per night and breakfast is $19 tax and tip at a sit-down restaurant. The pool is nice, but they do not enforce the rules of anyone under 16 needing an adult with them and no horseplay or rowdiness. The room was nice and spacious with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Great place to stay. We would return. We used the indoor pool, gym, and they have a great lounge for food and cocktails. Every employee we worked with was wonderful.

There are multiple events going on this weekend and the pool got crowded pretty quick. Overall though the pool was warm and the hot tub actually hot.

The from desk person didn’t tell me about using key card for elevator.
They didn’t tell me where elevator’s were to room
It would be nice if they told you something time’s dining room open. Breakfast time. Where pool was located etc. Other guests helped me find my way

We had a huge party of family members staying at this hotel. We are thankful that they listened to us by letting our rooms stay on the same level and right next to each other.
However, when it was first night there, we were in the hot tub and the staff was closing down. He was extremely rude asking us to leave since the pool was closing down. We ladies wanted to go to the bar and it was only 10:20, and per the website it says it closes at 11 pm. The waitress had told us they were closed and their was a couple still sitting at the bar or resturant. She couldn't tell us why they were closing early, she just said they are closed. It was a disappoint. Our queen size beds seemed like it was more of a full size. Lastly, we asked for room service and returned and one room did not get room service. A family member had forgotten their lunch bag and when I went to claim it. It was missing hee tubberware. Overall, the hotel is beautiful but not all staff are friendly.

My stay was almost perfect. I’m elderly and not having a bellman wasn’t good. Then to find out there was no longer valet parking was inconvenient. Luckily it wasn’t too cold.
