The stay was very comfortable and amazing!the staff was extremely professional and efficient and responded to requests and queries on time.

Best hotel/apartment I've ever been to! Definitely booking again when I'm back in SA. Super professional staff and friendly all round. Room is super clean and well organized 😊

Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities we required. The admin staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I have since booked my next visit for the last week of Jan, and I can’t wait to stay with them again. Feels like home away from home!

First time stay and I was impressed, there was refurbishment of new reception but I didn't even notice. The reception, the cleaning ladies, the security guards at entrance boom gate and lastly the food, infant everything was superb.

Great hotel room and great service from the breakfast restaurant staff. Very clean hotel room with almost everything white except for the black easter egg items. The maintenance guy is also sharp and efficient. The only thing missing is a smart TV and full-service restaurant.

I recently stayed at the Capital on Bath and although the people service was adequate, the cleanliness of the place left me feeling dirty and uneasy. I had a terrible sleep praying there were not bed bugs / insects biting me. I noticed a few on the bed as I arrived in the room.

The Property was very clean it was an apartment style hotel. I loved it , the staff was friendly the hotel is walking distance to the mall. Breakfast in included each morning. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

So i went to do some shopping when I came back the safe was no longer opening. It just kept on saying error. I wanted to catch a flight so I got the more delayed whilst we were waiting for the master key. Another thing, the aircon wasn't working properly. Also, the breakfast if you go a bit late you will find that they've finished all the food. I requested poached eggs, the eggs just had too much water.

Excellent value for money, superbly comfortable bed and bedding, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast. Perfect overnight for business travellers. My home-from-home on future trips to Gauteng. Highly recommended

I like the fact that they employ young people of South Africa as we know the unemployment rate ..Very dynamic team ,team spirit .As I observe the staff from house keeping department to reception,Kitchen chefs etc.

This was the second time I stayed at the Capital on Bath and the first time, a week ago, I left my hair curlers behind. No ordinary hair appliance but a Dyson AirWrap and I only noticed when I packed on Sunday evening. Never in a million years did I think I would get it back, but I was wrong. Housekeeping had carefully packed it and kept it and it was returned to me this morning. Hats off - we sometimes think that honesty is lacking in South Africa, but not by this team. I've found the staff very pleasant, the rooms clean, the breakfast good. Nothing to complain about - but this piece of service is outstanding, anywhere in the world. Thank you Team Capital on Bath.
