My recent stay at Radisson Jodhpur left me with mixed feelings. While the property itself is beautiful and well-located, the service fell far below Radisson standards, particularly in the restaurant. The restaurant staff seemed poorly trained and often confused. At the dosa counter, I was rudely told to return to my table to place an order, despite table cards specifically instructing guests to order at live counters with their table number. After raising this issue with a senior staff member named Shiv who promised resolution, the exact same problem occurred the next day. Many staff members appeared new Nd seemed lost. The two-bedroom suite was another disappointment. There was no common bathroom as expected, and the second bedroom was significantly smaller and located in what felt like a basement area. These important details should be clearly mentioned on the website for guests to make informed decisions. On the positive side, the front office was efficient, and Praveen Kumar provided exceptionally courteous and friendly service. The property itself is lovely and in an excellent location. Upon checkout, I noticed another couple complaining about similar restaurant service issues, confirming this wasn't an isolated experience. For a hotel carrying the Radisson brand name, this level of service is simply unacceptable and hope it's get sorted out quickly.
