Tree of Life Bhadrajun House, Jodhpur

I booked a hotel named Tree of life in jodhpur through Goibibo which was non-cancellable. I booked a room with single queen sized bed but was given a twin bed room. I contacted the customer care immediately (within 15-20 mins) and told about the problem. I was told that they have contacted the hotel and that I will have to pay 1500 extra for room upgrade. I denied as I had booked a queen room and was given this one why the extra money. Then I was told that my booking would be cancelled and he has talked to the hotel regarding full refund and that my money would be refunded. I booked hotel elsewhere by physically calling the hotel. But I didn’t get message of confirmation. In next 12-16 hours I called Goibibo 6-7 times to confirm the status of return and cancellation finally it was cancelled. I contacted the hotel too twice. I was given assurance that they are working on the refund and it will take 4-5 days. Despite of calling several times the answer remained the same. I was not given refund. Assurances were only given. It’s a broad day light robbery. These people are not owing up to Their mistake even after bringing the mistake into picture within 20mins. And the item is not perishable as such. Even for perishable item Swiggy Zomato refunds if there is some problem in food and you inform them within time that you want to cancel the order. Pathetic service from Goibibo and the hotel. On the part of hotel it's pathetic and non-professional if they are not approving my cancellation even after not being able to provide the requisite bed and being informed 20mins after booking. My good friends are there in hospitality industry they have customer satisfaction first approach. Someone so shrewd in hospitality industry is really amusing and astonishing. i think that they would be robbing their customers by adding fraudulent charges; would be acting arrogant.

Piyush and his team were marvelous as always. I always enjoy staying here when in Jodhpur. Food, rooms, everything is top notch. The historical significance of the property is very interesting and makes for a cultural stay as well. I will definitely be back.

Great service! The support throughout my parents stay to give my fathers birthday a special day was absolutely amazing. The hotel manager arranged for all our requests. Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks to the full team. My parents were very pleased

Rooms very comfortable, largest bathroom been in, good tv, all amenities. Staff cannot do enough for you, lovely garden with swimming pool. Stone building with tall ceilings. Best hotel sonfar during our stay, very relaxed. Little extras make the diference, chocolates, high tea

Just having a wonderful experience ,all the staff is so professional and helping ,cleanliness is outstanding ..pool side is good but require some work out their,, overall they make you feel like celebrity.Food is excellent ,chef Mr Shyam sundar is having magical hand in terms of cooking ….over all having a great experience .
