一如既往的好，去金賈漂流中途在該酒店休息一晚上，同等價位屬於該地區最好的酒店，反正我沒找到第二家比他好的。

房間較為一般，枕頭上有小蟲子。這些都是其次。關鍵是酒店的路都是大石頭鋪的，拿着大行李特別不好走。我們的一個大行李到的第一天就被酒店工作人員拉到房間的路上給搞壞了。酒店連個抱歉都不説。

Visited the resort this Christmas,The place is very nice full of trees, view of Nile is spectacular we really loved the dinning facilities and staff were so helpful especially Anguyo and kawoga and her colleague, can't remember the name though. Shall try to come back again on December next year.

Room was large and well equipped. Bed comfortable. Amenities ok. Food was horrid. Buffet filthy. If u order a la carte, you wait more than 90 minutes. No one supervising dining rooms. Disgraceful food and service. The location is great but no restaurants nearby to escape to. The f&b experience made the hotel intolerable. Btw, i think that English or French lessons are needed. 5 waiters are stationed to open soft drinks but no one understands what you want. Avoid this hotel, if you ask me

The roof to room C2 was leaking in 3 places, including on the bed, during the night, interrupting sleep and forcing the occupants to put towels on the bed and floor to mop up the water. Management showed little consideration when a reduction on the accommodation rate was requested in compensation.

I had a fantastic stay at Jinja Nile Resort! The stunning views of the Nile River and lush gardens created a serene atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. The amenities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch, offering delicious local and international cuisine. It’s a perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure alike. Highly recommend!

Nice firm comfortable mattress and soft pillow made sleeping great. In the restaurant we ordered from ala-carte menu. Met up with manager Vishal who helped us through the Indian vegetarian meal and honestly can say him and his staff prepared a superb dinner. To simply put it the whole experience of staying there was superb. Views of river Nile from outside the room was breath taking. Overall great experience. 👍

Our group of 14 were booked across 8 rooms at this resort for the last 3 nights of our stay in Uganda. We had paid for 3 nights through our tour company but left after 2 nights and booked a hotel in Kampala instead due to a multitude of problems most of which were ignored or poorly managed by the hotel. Amongst other problems we had : Missing room reservations and very slow check in process Wet/damp beds on check in Shower overflowing into bedrooms. Reported but not fixed. TV’s grainy and safes not working. Keycards stopping working Many rooms no towels. Requests for extra towels ignored The biggest problem of all is once problems were reported nothing was actioned unless it was chased up multiple times and in many cases nothing was done. This was all explained to Vishal, the Manager we spoke to when we were leaving the hotel. Although he apologised, there was no offer to make things right and no explanation as to why the service received was so poor. This is a very poorly managed hotel. Ignore the claimed 5 star rating and find somewhere else in area when visiting Jinja.

I can’t think of anything that excites a greater sense of childlike wonder than to be in a country where you are ignorant of almost everything. Suddenly you are five years old again.Children have always travelled, and because they are young and bright and full of contradictions, they haven’t always restricted their travel to the possible. Children follow the foxes, and open the wardrobes, and peek beneath the bridge. Children climb the walls and fall down the wells and run the razor’s edge of possibility until sometimes, just sometimes, the possible surrenders and shows them the way to go home.

This is a good resort, management, food and staff. SIMON, SHAFIC good Hospitality. We promise to come back again and recommended any other people to spend a weekend here. Next time we will come with a group. Thank once again

Party hotel… Friday and Saturday at the pool, it is noisy, big loudspeakers in the back and music from the pool bar at the other side, pool filled with youngsters jumping from pool bar into the pool and splashing water all over. If you were expecting to relax by the pool, read a book and have coffee or a beer - forget it!

Property centrally located, staff helpful and organized river rafting. Very large property overlooking the nike. Spa not working properly and masseuse not feeling well otherwise food was good pool was refreshing and staff was effucient. Room was spacious

Really comfortable beds, very clean rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast buffet is out of this world, but best part is the gorgeous grounds. Highly recommend this hotel. They easily accommodated our group of 27. So easy to reserve a room with a credit card

We got seated at 7pm, made our drinks orders and waited for 40 minutes before we saw any drinks, albeit after looking for waiters ourselves. It was further worsened by tables next to us being attended to briskly in contrast. It was as if the waiters had a preference to serve white guests to ordinary Ugandans. Be it for tips or otherwise, it was hard not to notice. The buffet was overpriced, delayed and lacked in creativity and/or variety. It was also a surprise to learn that we had to pay extra for room service despite the initial relatively high room cost. The Nile facing room literally had no view of the river to speak of. Branches had overgrown and obstructed any vantage point. In conclusion, we are normally easy guests to please, however, Jinja Nile Resort has failed to deliver as promised. All else could have been swept under the rug, but the blatant preferential treatment of guests by race/color is just not acceptable! And also the beddings need to be checked due to the weird itchy feeling we kept having while sleeping. (We ended up sleeping around 3 am)We had to check out first thing in the morning.
