Booked a 2 bedroom room (with washing machine). The initial room assigned to us was stuffy, not cold and basin was leaking. The staff assisted by changing us to another 2 bedroom room. I would like that their service is good and they resolved the issue efficiently. No issue with new room, happy with daily housekeeping. They provided us sufficient drinking water daily. Definitely a good place to stay! Highly recommended!

It was awful experience for me. Waiting long time at check in and out, staff telling a lie about room service and room place. Never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the central business district. It had the look and feel of an apartment. The hotel doesn’t offer room service or have a restaurant. Breakfast was good however. The hotel appears to cater more to families with children than business travelers. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The service facilities are top-notch. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby is elegant and inviting, creating a warm welcome for guests. The environment of the hotel is serene and beautiful. The swimming pool is clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip. The fitness center is well-equipped, allowing guests to keep up with their fitness routines. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a beautiful environment.

A little confusing to get around the hotel... Two different elevators to go to the rooms and the ground floor... Pretty average hotel for 5 star ... No items in the mini bar in the room which is disappointing Most likely wouldn't stay here again ..
