Fiz minha reserva um dia antes de ir viajar a negócio, chegando ao hotel as 22:30 a recepcionista me informou que não tinha nem uma reserva em meu nome mesmo eu passando o numero da reserva que recebi por e-mail e o PIN, e não teria quarto disponível para me atender, ela tentou ligar para "Gerencia" mas nem se quer atendeu o telefone. bom fiquei na mão e muito insatisfeito com o serviço pois até e-mail de confirmação de reserva eu recebi!
Acredito que este hotel não esteja adequado para este tipo de serviço, pois divulgam em site de reserva e não tem preparo suficiente para atender, ou atenção aos clientes que vem pelo site.

Ótima opção em Ji-Parana, mas ficou um detalhe no café da manha que eu nunca tinha visto em outro hotel. Cobram ovo frito a parte no café da manha!! o que eh um diferencial em outros hoteis, neste tirou pontos! no mas, eh um excelente hotel para passar a noite em viajem!

Muito bom!! E o café melhor ainda, muitas variedades. O quarto bem aconchegante e o espaço maravilhoso, sem contar que é um dos poucos hoteis que tem academia. Gostei de tudo, camas e quartos bem arrumadinhos e ótimos travesseiros… Eu dormir que passou a noite e eu nem vi

Excelente experiência, ótima localização. Café da manhã sensacional. Estive trabalhando por uma semana na cidade e atendeu perfeitamente minhas necessidades e expectativas. Voltarei novamente se for necessário. O yogurte natural com morango estava ótimo.

Pessoal bem educado. Hotel limpo e café da manhã maravilhoso. Ducha perfeita... Adorei. Boa localização. Precisam melhorar apenas a manutenção da academia, na minha opinião. De resto sem dúvida muito bom. A piscina tv é legal e ameniza o calor na região.

Fiquei na suíte quarto muito bom mas o colchão está muito ruim, deteriorado com deformidades e dando dor na coluna. Sugiro mudar o colchão. Café da manhã muito bom,l. Funcionários educados. Hotel com boa higiene. Enfatizo que o colchão está ruim,

Além da boa estrutura, limpeza e café da manhã, o atendimento foi excelente! Fidelização com o cliente logo na recepção. Vou ressaltar o recepcionista André que nos acolheu. E o Aldo que conduziu o restante do atentimento. Hotel de excelência.

Cama e travesseiros ruins, quarto com cheiro de mofo e chuveiro sujo. Minha experiência não foi satisfatória, principalmente por conta do preço da hospedagem. Esse valor em comparação aos outros hotéis da cidade está muito fora de base..
