The service boy was very good and supportive. Food quality was also good. If u have to attend any official activities or some family function near to that location, then it's a good choice to have a short stay there.

Helpful staff, good food. We stayed one night only and found to be alright to stay. Property is spacious so is the room size

The hospitality was excellent, hygiene and cleanliness was good. Prime location and easily accessible from center of city.

It was overall a very bad experience. The hotel building actually looks great from outside, but inside it is like a below average village lodge. Rooms are ok ok. No facilities even like the tea kettle. No hot water in the bathroom for bath. Had to pursue multiple times early morning to give some hot water. The staff is not trained or professional, just some couple of local boys doing everything. Behavior not very courteous. Not flexible even for 15 minutes about breakfast timing.
