Club Platinum Resort

Date of trip: 17th June 2023. Checking was done at around 12.30 pm , there was little chaos as many guest were waiting for check in..No welcome drink was served , when we asked for as we were thirsty.. person in reception said will serve in room. We went to our room.. for next 30 mins no one came with any welcome drinks.. we tried calling reception but phone at room was not working. Imagine the service...at 1.30 pm we came down for going for water park & lunch..during lunch too till we had our rice..chappati was not ready but somehow we managed... Water park we played and 4 pm we return to room to change our wet clothes .. after getting fresh..As room had tea/ coffee kit..we try to prepare tea.. ..but... there was no spoon to stir the milk & sugar..we called reception for a spoon..for next 20 Mins even after repeated calls..spoon was not sent and our tea got cold and wasted .To get fresh when kids try using Bathroom shower it was not working so we requested to get it repair so that kids can take bath .. At evening we wanted to have some cold water to drink. But to our suprize fridge was *also* not working..we called for getting it fixed so that we can hv cold water..after repeated request some one came to check said it faulty..& will replace it.. another guy came later and took the fridge promising will replace it....this was at around 11 pm..till 11.30 pm no came.we again called receptionist to please send fridge as we want to have cold water...and it was getting late kids wanted to sleep too..we came to resort to relax not make it a hectic trip .. but til 12 mid night..no one came so we slept..till next day checkout 11.30 am..this fridge never came to our room. It seem no check is done before allocating room to guest.. We came to relax and enjoy with kids with basic expectation of basic services from such resort..but they made stay worst and spoiled our weekend.. Requests management to please improve basic service and before allocating room to guests basic check should be done.. Management can check each point if any thing found wrong ..i will delete my review...please note have written briefly in resort feed back form too...
