The issues that arose include: 1. **Lack of Availability**: I inquired in advance about purchasing the "Behetzdaa" benefit and was instructed to follow certain guidelines. Subsequently, there was no response from your side, even though I tried to contact immediately. 2. **Disregard for Sabbath Observance**: I explicitly requested not to be contacted on the Sabbath, yet I received calls from you throughout the day, which disrespected my values as an observant individual. 3. **Unprofessional Reception Service**: Upon our arrival at the hotel, we had to wait a long time at the reception to receive the room. 4. **Faulty Air Conditioning – Significant Distress**: The room was unbearable. The air conditioner only operated on heating mode, and despite our complaint, we were told it could not be fixed until the next day. We were forced to sleep on an extremely hot night, sweating and suffering, with no temporary solution or minimal consideration from your side. This is a severe impact on the quality of stay and guest comfort! 5. **Broken Curtain**: Light entered the room early in the morning because the curtain did not cover the window properly and was not securely attached, making it difficult to rest adequately. 6. **Check-Out Discrepancy with Published Information**: At 10:30 AM, we were awakened by loud knocking, claiming that check-out time was 10:00 AM, even though it was clearly stated that departure time was until 11:00 AM.
