Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection

I am a long-time member of ALL and stay multiple times a year at various hotels within the Accor Group. I heard about the new hotel that was established in Jerusalem, “Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection”, and I was very curious about it. I called the hotel just to inquire, and the conversation with Muhammad, the professional, attentive, and courteous Front Office Supervisor, in which Muhammad explained the details about the hotel, led to making a reservation. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the hotel several times to inquire about the hotel's services, parking options (free parking), spa, and the like. Each time, I received detailed, patient, and pleasant explanations from Chaim, the Reservations Manager. We arrived on Friday for the long-awaited weekend, and from there, everything was perfect. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Ali, a true professional, courteous, and service-oriented. It was clear that Ali was a top-notch professional with extensive experience in the field, and right then, we knew we were in a hotel of a different standard. Throughout our stay, Ali, who was on duty for both days, was always attentive and available for any questions and/or assistance requests, always with professionalism and the kindness worth noting. The rooms were very luxurious and elegant. The design was meticulous, and everything, from the materials to the most expensive, luxurious, and contemporary accessories, was evident. The pool was perfect and spacious, beside it, large and comfortable rest beds. The water temperature was perfect. The spa was perfect, and we really enjoyed the massages. The fitness room went far beyond a typical hotel gym. The breakfast was so rich and meticulous that we didn't know where to start. Throughout our entire stay, all the hotel staff, without exception, were professional, service-oriented, attentive, and courteous. We enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return there, and we will certainly recommend the hotel to all our friends and colleagues. And to conclude, there couldn't have been a more pleasant ending than checking out with Ali. With heartfelt gratitude, we eagerly anticipate our next visit soon.

We just stayed at this hotel with the whole family for the Shabbat and we had an amazing experience. The rooms are spacious and include all the amenities you would need, shower and towels and bathrobes are a luxurious part. The food was amazing (we had dinner and breakfast). Most of all the staff makes you feel wanted and they will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Jerusalem and I can recommend this new hotel as number 1. We will definitely be back.

We have just come back from a wonderful trip to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel is new and beautiful in a quiet part of the city. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to old Jerusalem. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite called Talbiye. I'm planning a return trip to Jerusalem in June for work. I won't be staying at this hotel again unfortunately and have identified another hotel for my return trip. The staff was helpful but one, name beginning with H let us down. He messed up a few times. He told us he wanted to work in psychology, and it appeared his head wasn't in the job of hospitality. The hotel messed up with breakfast a few other things including me not getting my wake-up call. My friend got a bottle of wine which I didn't want as it would have been a hassle to bring back and I don't drink enough to finish a bottle in a day. H wasn't thinking like a person in the hotel business. When i said chocolates would be a good alternative, I just got two little chocolates that they put on your pillow anyway. There could have been an offer of a spa treatment or a cocktail at the bar. Also, H said to my friend that 'she is angry with me'. I told him H not to speak about me in front of me as I found it rude. He then said something along the lines of staff will talk about you when you're not here anyway....(so why stay that the Theatron again if that his what staff do?) I asked to speak to the manager the following day, but they weren't available. Me and my friend both agreed that the one member of staff let down an overall lovely experience.

I want to share the wonderful experience we had when we stayed at the new Theatron Hotel in Jerusalem. We heard about the hotel from our friends. The new and charming boutique hotel is in the Talbieh neighborhood, and was built in a classical modern style. The staff were kind and it was clear that customer service was very important to them. They went out of their way to ensure our enjoyment and comfort. The room design is very classic with a large, comfortable and luxurious double bed, and quality bedding. Everything is very clean and they have great attention to detail. The hotel has an indoor heated pool, a lobby bar and a restaurant. Breakfast is an impressive varied buffet and it was delicious. We really enjoyed the pampering Clarins spa and pool. We were very impressed with the relaxing massage. The hotel has an adjacent and convenient parking lot. Without a doubt we will return and recommend this hotel to our friends.

My husband and I just stayed at the brand new hotel. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel had a fabulous pool and gym. The staff bent over backwards to help us and made us feel at home which is something they really pride themselves on. The location is excellent, and the the food we ate for dinner was incredible. All the dishes had a modern twist and the drinks at the bar were show stoppers.

From the security guard outside to the front desk the staff were very approachable and friendly. Housekeeping ,restaurant staff all worked hard to please the guests . The manager and assistant manager couldn’t do enough .Real professionals with many years of experience they go out of their way to make your stay the best . The bedrooms are very well appointed with exceptionally comfortable beds and high thread count linen. High water pressure in the spacious shower with Clarins products . We enjoyed sitting in the very comfortable lobby area and enjoyed the great choice at breakfast .
