Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jeffersonville IN

We were greeted after a long road trip only to find out that our room for 2 nights for 5 people (2 queen beds & 1 king bed) which was reserved was given away to some one else for my stay on July 13 & 14. When I first arrived and I gave my name, he originally said that there is no reservation under my name. When I pulled out my reservation confirmation, he then admitted that my room was given to someone else. He said that the person did not leave and stayed longer than expected and told us that they couldn't have them leave as the housekeeping staff already left. I said I am able to change the bedsheets my self, I need my room as reserved. They had no other room for us. He suggested for us to go to another hotel. He found us a room at the hotel next door but the room was slightly smaller and not what I had booked. We had no choice but to go there because it was late, we were tired and we needed a place to sleep. As a Wyndham member, that was totally not acceptable. If the hotel next door would not have had a room, I don't know what we would have done. As for the location, it's by the side of the highway and has an abandoned building next to it (looks a little creepy).

Just slightly sketchy area. Would not take my wife and kids. Breakfast was coffee, packaged oats, bread/bagel, granola bar, apples. Has an abandoned hotel next door which looks terrible.

It was very relaxing, I was checked in accuracy and friendliness and very welcoming and i was very content with privacy and cleanliness with the room. I will definitely come back when I need a motel room

Awful experience. Wrong room even booking in advance. No extra blankets or cups. Dirty room and unhelpful staff. Lackluster breakfast. Everything is out dated. The water smelled like chlorine. Terrible.

The only positive about this property was the man at the front desk. He was very nice and apologetic regarding everything that went wrong with our stay. First off, we had two rooms and both of our doors were propped open when we arrived. The rooms didn't have USB ports. Neither of our rooms had any towels at all. Our pull-out couch didn't have any linens, nor were there any in the room. Our battery of our door lock went out so we were locked out of our room while we had to wait for maintenance to come from home. He did come within about 45 mins and we really appreciated it. Again, the man at the front desk was apologetic and very nice about it all, but unfortunately this hotel is very outdated and with all the problems we won't return or recommend this property to anyone. Also, the only food offered for breakfast were granola bars and apples.
