When you want a family ski vacation, Smuggs is the place to go! This was our 34th year. We started with young children, who are adults with their own children who love it as much as we did! We have met so many friends over the years who also return every year.

The rooms and views are great. Trail conditions are great with plenty of groomed trails. We love the pool and hot tub in the afternoons and the restaurants are had great food. Music on Saturday nights at the pub was great as well. We love going to Smuggs every year for all the things you can do at one place.

Skiing was amazing. Groomers rock! All around family fun experience. Great time with friends. Good food and great drinks . Will come back every year. Have been coming here for over 20 years and prefer Smuggs to any other ski resort. Why go anywhere else?

I must say this is a rare gem! I run a large vacation company and very rarely do you come across a property like this that has not been taken over by a major corporation! The family style resorts are a dying breed, you can feel it when you check-in. 3 mountains with just under 100 runs! We booked a one bedroom unit which came fully equipped with everything we needed for the trip. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil all the way to the crockpot, which was very useful. Nothing better than skiing all day and coming home to a warm bowl of chili . We will definitely be a repeat offender to Smuggs! Thumbs up to ALL the staff you made our family feel welcome!!

Stayed in the Sycamore cabins which were simply great. Shuttle bus was only a call away and very fast to bring anywhere (didn’t miss a set of first chairs). Trails were well groomed and was even better when there was a 2 inch snowfall overnight.

One of my favorite places to go to with friends. While at Smugglers Notch be sure to travel North to the Maple Creamery and buy some maple creamy ice creams. While at Smugglers Notch be sure to travel North to the Canadian border driving on some of the smoothest best maintained highways viewing the Fall scenery and visiting many places.

I really loved it here! It’s a nice spot nestled in the mountains. The resort is HUGE, and you’ll need your car to get from one area to another. Even in the off-season, it was a lot of fun!

We rented our condo through Air B&B with host Joy Davis as the host and owner. She canceled on us less than 48 hours the weekend of the eclipse! We booked one year in advance and reconfirmed in Oct 2023 and again in Janu2024 for April 2024. She stopped all contact with no expo. Do not rent from her please.

A nice end of season trip with friends. Still had lots of snow. Great family resort with a lot of après ski activities to do. A huge selection of runs for every type of skier or snowboarder to choose from. Great hill for snowboarding. The lifts are a bit dated and will take you back to the 1960s. Still is good condition.
