Él’Hôtel- Edde Sands Hotel & Wellness Resort

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this resort was so underwhelming that I feel compelled to warn others. From the start, the service was shockingly poor. Check-in took nearly an hour, and the staff seemed uninterested and disorganized. There was no welcome, no clear directions, and definitely no hospitality you’d expect from a place that markets itself as “luxury.” The prices are crazyyyy 100$ for me and my husband just entrance fee what the hell not even worth it i can pay less than that in way better places in lebanon, no vibe no music, nothing special at all , nearby beaches were packed with people when me and my husband were the only ones at ediie’s , very disappointed i will never ho again and neither any if my friends

My recent visit at the Edde sands beach resort was quite disappointing. The property, which we had fond memories of, now feels abandoned and in disrepair. The once charming and vibrant atmosphere has given way to a sense of neglect. The facilities and the pools are outdated, and it’s evident that the resort hasn’t been maintained as it used to be. For the price, the value is lacking, making it a poor investment. It’s a shame to see a place with such potential reduced to a shadow of its former self

The beach is excellent mainly sandy and relatively clear water. The pools are miserable , facilities are old and broken and you need to bring your own towels. The beach restaurant food is tasty yet over priced. The place needs a major refurbishment to capitalize on the great location and spaces it occupies . Overall recommended for beach use only

A day in Sun with fun, taking a day use @,EddeSands was a beautiful experience with its friendly staff & vast premises. Sitting on the beach or the pools the wide variety was nice. The extensive beach front was good for walking & doing water activities. The Vip pool was a treate ro enjoy , while the other pool had. The food was delicious at the restaurant. In future staying at this location could be a great choice.

Too much ugly , very bad experience , zero for the food , disgusting , they took 100$ for two person, but we dicover that the same place of the beach is open for public for free!!!!!!!!!!!! I don ‘t suggest this place to visit , it is not comfortable at all.

I went to Edde Sands with my family last Sunday the 25th of June 2023, we paid the entrance and we moved onward, my husband was handling the bags and walking in front of us, and I was holding my one year and a half boy, my wallet (From which I have paid the entrance), and its swimming tire. At the downstairs, far less than 3 mins from the entrance, my husband was asking at St Tropez shop if they can inflate the swimming tire, then suddenly I looked for my wallet and I didn’t find it!!!!! 3 minutes far from the entrance, my wallet was stolen at Edde Sands…. And the surprising issue is that they have no cameras at the entrance area … We submitted a claim, and we asked the manager Mr. Walid for assistance since the situation became so serious, he was so nice, honestly, he searched with us and asked the security manager to find it, refunded us the entrance (since all our money were in the wallet), asked a waitress to take care of us and consider all our orders as complimentary. We stayed around one hour hoping to find the wallet but with no positive feedback, even I don’t know the level of responsibility and ethics, the higher management dealt with the situation, I don’t know if they checked all the resorts cameras, their employees stuff and others, so we left. The main thing to consider, is that Mr. Walid did all his job perfectly however the management of Edde Sands where my wallet was stolen did no significant reaction even, they didn’t call to follow up or apologize the next days, when you choose those 5 stars places you choose them for cleanliness, ambiance, security, food, quality of guests, and many other factors. Unfortunately, Edde Sands failed in protecting my cash and official papers 3 minutes away from their main entrance, where my wallet was stolen.
