I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at a hotel advertised under the name "Lemon Tree," which had rates comparable to those of Ramada. This led me to expect a high standard of accommodation, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. On the first day, I was given a very small room that did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's branding and price point. Although the room was improved on the second day, it still did not provide the value for money I anticipated. In Jamshedpur,but I found myself in a local hotel with subpar amenities instead. Additionally, the food quality was very poor, further detracting from the overall experience. Given the price paid, I could have stayed at a genuinely reputable hotel offering much better service and accommodations.
