The hotel charges exorbitantly high for local transportation, if we hire a car from them. Their charges for local transportation are around 4.....5 times higher compared to the market prices. They are taking undue advantage. I will not stay again at this hotel.

Very good, thank you very much!! We were well take. Care off, the staff from beginning to end showed gold hospitality! Best in the region for sure. All the process are easy and we have experienced other hotels, this one was recommended and it didnt fall short to expectation. Thank you

We visited this place with family and this was the best choice we made in our jamanagar trip so far, lovely food soo many choices for all ages, reasonable prices and nice siting area. Lovely variety of continental breakfast and soo many starters to choose from following by salads,South indian food, followed by main course and soon many deserts to choose from, live waffles were delicious, over all food was very yummy and delicious, will definitely recommend to give this place a go :)

A very cosy place, Good staff, great food, nice spread,conveniently located. Access to the highway is a major.plus. Was given an upgrade to a room with great view. I will definitely prefer staying in Fern.

Amazing place and Soul Satisfying Meal🤤.Best quality in Jamnagar.Their were many varieties starting from salads to desserts to breads to starters.They had a great cooperative staff.Would love to come back next time.

We definitely would recommend the place . Though it's slightly on the outskirts of the city but it dosent take more than 20 mins to reach the city or airport . The food is really delicious . The front desk team and the housekeeping team are very helpful and tends to the need immediately . The stay was really pleasant and enjoyable . Thanks to the Fern team for making it so

We arrived in Jamnagar on the 27th of January 2024 and stayed at the Fern. We had been upgraded to the suite rooms. However, the bathrooms were disgustingly smelly and the shower water wasn’t hot either. Then the next morning we met the duty manager who promised that he would sort this out but when we returned after a day out, the bathroom was still stinking. We went to have breakfast and we could clearly see that they were short staffed. The chairs and the floor had not been cleaned after it had been used previously. Then I asked for a dhosa which didn’t arrive for half an hour and then when I complained, I was told that the tava had broken down. On the next day they ran out of fresh fruits and we kept on asking them to replace this and again it was only after a long time that it was replaced. Also the noise level in the bedroom was appalling. For two nights there was loud music till early morning and had a very poor night’s sleep This morning we had breakfast and the person who really helped us was Sanjay. Overall a very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the monies. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody

It was a comfortable and joyful stay. The dinner and the breakfast were awesome. The cleanness of the rooms and hotel is very good. All the toiletries products which they are providing is Ayurvedic and good quality. Recommend to visit this property if you need peaceful stay in jamnagar.
