One of the best hotel in town, we have conference there including our stay, all goes so well, well take care, rooms are good, people are hospitable, food is delicious, smooth check in and checkout is very smoothly and front office staff is very polite behaviour

My recent stay at KC Residency in Katra was unfortunately far from what I expected, especially considering I booked a Presidential Suite. Right from check-in, the experience was marred by unfriendly and unhelpful staff, which left a negative first impression. The suite itself, while spacious and well-designed, fell short on several fronts. The restroom was unhygienic, and despite it being the highest-tier room, the jacuzzi in the shower cabin was non-functional. To make matters worse, the shower had inconsistent water temperatures – sometimes there was no hot water, and other times it only provided hot water, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable. The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the bathroom; the windows were dirty, obstructing what could have been a beautiful view. Given the high price and promises associated with a Presidential Suite, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, KC Residency did not meet these expectations, and I would advise future travelers to consider other options in Katra for a better experience.

We traveled across Kashmir and stayed at different 4 star hotels, but the breakfast choices of food items are far superior than any other hotels that we stayed. Here they provide western, eastern, south and North Indian, veg and non veg choices with hot dosa and waffle .Rajkumari at the front office is very helpful and a good listener. Jyotsna Nath

I RECENTLY STAYED AT KC RESIDENCY HOTEL AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES PROVIDED BY STAFF . THE FRONT OFFICE TEAM WAS WARM AND WELCOMING . SPECIALLY MR. RISHABH , MS. MONIKA AND RAJKUMARI ARE VERY POLITE BEHAVIOUR AND ALWAYS SMILLING FACE . THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND ENSURED MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE THROUGH OUT MY STAY.

Visited this hotel 3 times within a month. Service is good apart from the front office guys. Terrible staff particularly male staff. Very bad attitude. They know nothing about hospitality. At reception Nobody gives a damn about customer service. They literally kept me on ransom at the time of check in to pay before entering the rooms. Everytime they will tell u their policies have changed. I guess they get a lot of corporate business & thats y they dont care to treat u well. Housekeeping n fnb staff r welcoming n friendly but its the moment u enter the hotel, u want to check out immediately cos of the behaviour of the reception staff. They ruined my stay at the hotel. Terrible
