We had booked a hall for some family function. It was great experience as the staff was cooperative and food was awesome. Service was good. Arrangements regarding food and decoration were really impressive. Overall really good experience.

I visited Jammu to attend a wedding in November-December 2023 and found this hotel to be simply excellent in all respects. Looks and feels more of a 5 star hotel rather than 4 stars allocated. All rounder front office ***ager is very efficient, helpful and praiseworthy. Thanks to executive chef Sanjay (comparable to iconic Sanjeev Kapoor) and his team of chefs for excellent cuisine. Sukwinder gave me excellent service daily at breakfast and meals. Room service is equally good and so is housekeeping. My room was always kept very clean and replenished, and cosily ready to retire at night promising a good night's sleep. The decor and ambience are also very inviting and impressive. I had a wonderful stay for 10 nights. Highly recommended!

I had marriage in Sarovar and had an amazing experience. One of the employee- Saksham made ensure everything was immaculate and perfect, I did not worry about a single thing; everything was taken care of. Even the rooms we booked were so good and comfortable. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants a worry free and luxurious wedding experience.

Superb beautiful Ambience, amazing hospitality, Considerate Staff, good package and excellent service. It was a wonderful oasis in the hot harsh rustic and sweaty summer of July 2022 in Jammu. We stayed for 4 days and each day was relaxing and resonance full. If anything I liked in the hot humid city was their room with all possible comforts, Gym, Complimentary breakfast with varity of tasty food and great lobby to relax. Its confirmed that our next visit will be with stay in this comfortable hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time. The room was very spacious. the ***ager and staff were so very welcoming. One should come and check this Hotel with its amazing HOSPITALITY. Near to the city and public transport, friendly staff, clean and calm rooms, good breakfast... Everything was well. Hotel is clean as well as rooms and restaurant.
