Ac of one of the room is small cooling is not effective feeling suffocated shower is not running there is no slippers for bathroom no hair oil no tower

No dustbin in the bathroom, bathroom was smelly. We were not aware the place permits smoking as the rooms were provided with dust collection trays. Ac was switched on only post reaching the place even though we informed we will be arriving in sometime. Since it was a short stay for a couple of hours we could manage else it was a big trouble staying with kids. Kettle was not provided, in asking for hot water for the baby they gave a kettle filled with water which was giving sparks.
