There was a bad smell in the room and staff was good and the lock of the door was not in working condition so that I feel uncomfortable

We checked in at 10:30 pm n noticed poor service at counter .casual attention was given at reception.Asked for extra blanket n to our surprise hotel refused.Deluxe Room is not having exhaust fan in d bathroom,room freshener is not available which made me to call mmt so after mmt joined in we were given blanket after 2 hrs n still used toilet with embarrassment
