Devi Ratn is truly living up to the highest standards that 'TAJ' is renowned for. The signature hospitality that is known as 'Tajness' is most felt and evident at Devi Ratn. One of its kind property that calms as well as excites one's mind, body and soul. Architecture, layout and landscaping that is true art form with lavish, luxurious and serene. Any number of words cannot do justice to the experience and I highly recommend every traveller to savour the brilliance of the Hotel-Resort. F&B is outstanding, be it casual or fine dining, it is all there for every palette! The Spa is befitting of Eden. An exceptional team, brilliantly and competently led by GM - Santosh Shetty, that extends warmth and care to make every guest feel special and wanted. The highest expectations from a Hotel and Hospitality, fulfilled seamlessly. Raj, Srinivas, Srishti, Executive Chef are the brilliant pillars that hold the Fort and lead their teams to weave a symphony for the Guests. My compliments to every member of Devi Ratn for churning out the finest and making Devi Ratn a true Gem in the hospitality industry.

Staying at the Taj is always special, but for my family and me, it’s much more than just a symbol of hospitality; it’s like experiencing life as a film star or royalty. The level of personalized service is unmatched, and during our recent stay, we truly felt like royalty. Special thanks to Shri Ajit Parihar ji, Head of Human Resources at Taj Rajasthan, Shri Devraj ji, Shri Shetty (GM at Devi Ratn), and Shri Shrinivas ji, Operations Head, who personally visited us multiple times. They even upgraded our room to a villa upon our request because my wife had a knee injury. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we had a personal butler at our service. It was a level of care and attention that exceeded all expectations. Our kids had a fantastic time in the crèche and enjoyed various activities that kept them entertained throughout our stay. The team truly goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for all ages. We felt like no request was too big, and the level of hospitality is something you simply won’t find anywhere else. A special mention also goes to Rahul ji, Manvendra ji, Subaash ji, Sahil ji, and the entire team, ***** with Chef Sunil ji and Sanjay ji, who made our stay truly exceptional. We are grateful for the warmth, care, and attention to detail shown to us.

Highly recommend booking Devi Ratn for your next vacation if you want to experience luxury at it's best. It's a 40 minutes drive away from Jaipur city which is great as it's quiet and away from the city hustle bustle yet not too far from it as well. As you reach Devi Ratn, you are welcomed with a warm performance by the locals singing 'padhaaro maahre des..' which felt like a warm hug followed by a welcome drink. The property ground is vast with a good room size and ample privacy. The hotel provides carts to explore the grounds and the service prompt. The breakfast buffet was great with ample variety to satiate morning hunger. The restaurant staff ***** with the chef were extremely sweet to take care of our special requests. The rooms are beautifully done and are extremely comfortable. The high tea is organised near the reception area with refreshing snacks and folk dance.

SaiRam We stayed at The Devi Ratn from 8th to 17th Sept’24. Tajness personified hospitality & architecture. Hence visited for the 2nd time within a span of 12 months. Team indulges you with their genuine love & care. Our last review was pretty detailed & this one is addition to the last one as Team has surpassed & outdone themselves in all areas. As it is said, a complete & finely curated experience by one & all starting from Raj Verma bhaai to Kanika to Rahul bhaai and everyone. The resort is luxury par excellence. Rooms are large & super comfortable. The commute within this amazingly landscaped resort is made easy thru buggy’s & cobblestone paths. The restaurant’s serve the very very flavourful & appetising of F&B. Front Office is very helpful in every possible manner. Housekeeping is top notch as well. Yatha Raja Tatha Praja, GM Mr. Santosh Shetty, Operations Head Mr. Srinivas Reddy and FnB Director Raj Verma ji elegantly runs the show, everyday all days. Chefs Sanjay, Chef Mohammed, Chef Shafik, Chef Sakshi, Chef Negi ji and all the Chefs ensure we are happily surprised at all times. Ms. Kanika & her Team always manages to indulge us with best of the rooms. Grateful to Rahul bhaai & Jitendra for ensuring Mummy room is exceptionally clean & everything needed is replenished before time. F&B team as always was simply amazing, ably lead by Raj Verma ji & Ajay bhaai ***** with Manvender & Pintu. Also, grateful to the FnB team who served us with utmost love & care: Naresh, Saurabh, Subhash, Sahil, Ayush, Himanshu, Nikhil, Nitin, Aniket & others. IRD Team of: Shiv, Raj, Himanshu. Would like to share our heartfelt thanks to Jagan who has been consistently amazing & thoughtful, swift & very kind. Thanks Jagan for being there for us. Additionally sharing our special thanks to Arun as well. Arun is so so nice, served us with zeal & love.. Arun is as good as his senior, our most fav, Ajay bhaai.. Thanks aLot Arun for everything you did for our happiness & comfort. You are as amazing as your mentors, Raj bhaai & Ajay bhaai. Though we met for the first time, Srinivas Reddy garu was so so nice in his interaction. A true blue Taj star, who has brought in further excellence in DeviRatn. We are also grateful to the Laundry Team for their excellent service on daily basis by drying clothes for us. Grateful to Buggy Team in their entirety for their hardwork day in day out. Special mention to Prem bhaai, whose service is exemplary.
