Very hood hotel - clean, cozy rooms, great ambience. Fully wheelchair accessible. Good travel desk assistance. Very good food - special thanks to Mr.rajendra, Mr.Surendra and Rani at the restaurant for their friendly and helping attitude; awesome buffet breakfast menu - must try flavoured curd.

Room - Room full of sepages and fungal growth. Bathroom - Hand shower, corners, walls and drains were having fungal growth. you wont feel fresh after taking bath. At the entrance of the room ceilings were falling of and was smelling like decaying wood. Food - Forced to have food stale as it is strictly prohibited to eat outside food Whole corridore smelt like some rotten food. Wifi - Instead of giving the wifi password on there own you have to ask for it multiple times. after you get the password it will get expired and you have to keep asking for it. in 3 days of my stays i have to aske for password 8 times. so forget about attending any important meeting over wifi in this hotel. Service - After 11pm if you need any assistance mosty probably you will be denied siting some trivial issue Female receptionist had very rude behavious. She talks as if what ever you are tell holds no value, she acts as if she is doing favour listening to you and she has wasted time listening to you. Their beautifully decorated reception counter is just a outer cover under which lies are hidden. It is better to book lodge worth Rs 200/per day than to waste money over here

Good hotel near train station (still a bit of a walk on a busy road). Especially restaurant good, staff very friendly and good food for a good price. Only downside that in the evening water is cold for shower, in the morning it is warm. Overall good hotel.

We were a group of 8, most of us took individual Executive or Deluxe rooms while others took twin sharing rooms. The Travel Desk - First, they mentioned an airport pick up in an Innova at INR 800, but when you speak to the travel desk, they state 1200. Instead, they offer an Etios at INR750. Next, when we wanted to avail 2 Innova’s for sight seeing, they quoted Rs. 2500 for each car, to cover pre determined route of sites, over 8hours 80 Kms. But when we asked for a customised itinerary, they quoted INR4500. Not sure of the logic as we wanted to skip half the places. The property itself is derelict and highly neglected. Carpets peeling, leaking roof (complete with bucket to catch the dripping water) and chunks of ceiling dropping off. The pool is mossy and the area around is a carpet of pigeon poop. Once you check in, they just give you a bunch of numbers to call for any help. My room, the water kettle was not working and had to be replaced. They actually asked me to use another plug point on the table for the kettle…then realised the kettle isn’t working. No toiletries provided, including hand towel or mats. You need to ask for replenishment of basics, like water and tea coffee. The walls between the rooms are paper thin. I spent all night awake as the neighbor was snoring. My friends needed to change 2-3 rooms as there was drainage issues, housekeeping, water in the loo, etc. Food is overpriced and the crockery/cutlery looks like its been wiped and recycled, not washed. Breakfast was moderate, but we opted to skip it for the most part. Kitchen shuts so no room service post 11pm. The washrooms attached to the reception are like public urinals, no soap, tissues, etc. Lastly, the hotel lobby runs on bare min lighting. So gives the reception an overall feeling of neglect and shady (lacking security). The reception is not keen on soliciting feedback at check out or addressing concerns overall. Overall, it’s a no go for family, ladies and anyone who seeks a bare min standard of stay. Avoidable.

Wonderful stay at Vesta International, Jaipur. Very warm and humble staff, they take care of every need. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is class above , I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are coming to Jaipur, it very close by to Jaipur Railway Station and metro connectivity is also there from walking distance of hotel.....wish great success to entire staff and team.

We had an excellent breakfast and a quick meal at their restaurant. Lovely food, balanced taste, and f&b service people are truly amazing. Sunil kumar who is senior captain, Surendar singh and chef Kakuli were lovely and accomodating with our requests. If possible please pass on our regards.
