NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his ***ager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

Tremendous team of the ahai Mahal palace where everyone is so courteous and helpful and always move with a big smile on their face. Ready to welcome you and support you for all requirements. A great gesture done by chef for my kids and overall I had the best of the experience I could have imagined

Food was amazing but the service and specially the people serving at the table were extremely professional but loveable at the same time. Special mention to Aslam Ji for all the love and smile he spread around us also Mr. Vikram and A*** were excellent

Dining at the Marble Arch was one of an experience, not exactly because of the food but the people who serve you here. The food was nice no doubt but would love to mention Mr. Aslam whose smile was infectious and the lovely way he served us with and also Mr. Vikram and Mr. A***.

Overall stay was very nice. Had a wonderful experience We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and hospitality extended was very good. The ever smiling faces and warmth in the tone of the staff made the stay all the more very nice. Would like to give special mention to ASLAM JI who was very courteous and hospitable and the warmth with which he was serving the food to us on our tables was beyond words. He made all efforts to serve hot food on our table as per our preference and liking. He is super energetic and very friendly and courteous. Staff like this are the face of the hotel and helps in creating the brand name Chef Bar*** was also present on the floor to understand guests tastes and palette and provide food as per our likings. Would like to mention here a Hindi saying. PET BHAR ***A BUT NEEYAT NAHI BHARI 😃

Great experience, memorable stay. Whole palace is just superb. Staff service,Care taken, hospitality all superb.Warm Welcome, Cultural programs, Morning Shashtriya Sangit great. Kids also enjoyed very much. Would love to visit again

Our stay at Jai Mahal Palace is was incredible. Its a beautiful property with lush green lawns, our room (heritage room) was amazing, and with the most delicious food. Mr Shiv Mathur was kind enough to setup everything for us, so that our stay could be most comfortable and enjoyable. The other team members, Ms Puja in the front office, the F&B team at Giordano - Chef Puran, ***oj, Shilpika and others were really nice; and Sabina and Michael at the Jiva Spa provided the best therapies at the Spa. Will be back soon for more!!
