Chillout - A Boutique Hotel & Rooftop Restaurant Jaipur

We stayed in this guest house for two nights. We had arranged pick up service from the airport way in advance and confirmed the day before arriving as indicated by the Guest House. Our flight was arriving at 2:30am and nobody was there. Managed to call the GH and after some time, somebody finally picked up and very rudely told us that he had forgotten and to find our own way to the hotel. We did just that, although it wasn't easy at that time in the morning. We finally got there at about 4 am and knocked on the door, nobody answered....had to call again, the guy had fallen asleep and after waiting some time, he opened the door extremely bothered that we had woken him up.... This was our first daunting experience with this gentlemen, the second one was that 500€ disappeared from my backpack the very morning we were leaving. Unfortunately I didn't realize until we had arrived at our next destination. The guy at the reception is very shady, rude and dishonest.

The best hostel that i have every stayed in. Great food in the rooftop restraunt made by a lovely ***. Ajeet is the nicest host i have ever met and you can see his love and passion for treating his guest well straight away. He had so many great tips to give us and pit on various things, like a family dinner, to make sure we had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone staying in jaipur.

It's such a nice hostel, the rooms are clean, spacious and cheap. The bathroom has everything you could possibly need, the common areas are great. The staff is super nice and friendly, overall everything has a beautiful vibe. The rooftop restaurant serves amazing local food and the portions are so big. 10/10 totally recommend

This place is worth staying at just for the food alone! The chef cooks all the food to order. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed for travelling across India, would highly recommend. Great location as it is sort of in the middle of all the main tourist locations

We've spent 2 nights and we had a great time. Very quiet place away from the crowd in Jaipur. Beautiful rooftop with a great view! Ballu the co-owner is a wonderful cook, from breakfast to dinner he's amazed us with wonderful dishes. We've spent nice time on the rooftop chilling out and chatting with him.

A perfect alternative to so called budget hotels without the grimy details which make you cringe. Staff is great, rooms are well tended and the rooftop restaurant is just great. Best food, rich and plenty and inexpensive. Stayed for a month and will repeat anytime. Easy access by rickshaw to anywhere in the old city. Something needs to be done to the mixing taps in the bathroom but this would be an easy fix.
