I don't understand why people sometimes overrated things. Either they're all seeing it differently or may be they have not experienced what we went through at this worst stays. First of all, the conditions that are pasted everywhere in the rooms that include and not only limited to - Do not make noise - Do not soil the floor - Do not spill food Are these conditions really applicable for families who travel with kids. Because this stay accepts families only strict NO for unmarried couples. So if the stay is inclusive for families then kids are part of the family package. I don't know if owner Suresh realizes this. The rooms themselves are soiled, dirty with small washrooms no ventilation (NO Windows), you can smell PHENYL the entire day and it gives a feel of public toilets. To mitigate the ventilation Suresh has come up with another worstl idea and have installed exhaust fans that make noise. CRAZYYYY!!! The rooms are not lit properly, 2 12w bulbs are there to manage the lighting which is pathetic and this is no way a 3-star accomodation so don't fall for it. An ideal homestay is a place the owner resides with the guests, guides them with navigation across the place and treats them like a family, in 90% of the cases there will be home cooked food as well. Here at Abode, owner is seen nowhere and monitors the reception using cameras. The caretaker HARI is a drunkard, does not care about the visitors, answer politely to guests and is very lazy. At bare minimum - you will offer a bottled mineral water to guests. There is an RO solving the purpose of outsourcing bottled water but is it really safe and clean considering the caretaker's laziness and owner's unavailability. They have no bottles water even if you want to purchase. You need to get them on your own from the shops nearby. Surprisingly what I realized is the length of the bed is exactly 5'10" feet, again not a very standard size. Berths in train are a little lengthy than this. 90% of hotels have a std. Size of 6'6" feet. There are much better accommodations in Jaipur inside the city for travellers. Please explore before you book this. Overall - I RATE IT LESS THAN A STAR for the amount they charge and the services or amenities they provide. Suresh - if you see this. I would ask you to compare your stay with any average Treebo or Oyo stays in Jaipur to see where do you stand.
