Hotel Natraj Palace

THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING AND HIS STAFF WAS GOOD BEHAVIOR 😌💗AND CLENNESS BETTER LUNCH DINNER AND BREAKFAST AND IT IS IN MY BUDGET STAFF FRENDLY MOVE AND LIKE YOUR ROOMS AND LOCATION IN AMABARI JAIPUR RAJASTHAN THANKS YOU HOTEL NATRAJ PALACE🙏🏻

Horrible... 1. Uncooperative and apathetic staff... the caretakers have no idea of helping the guests, had to carry my luggage tp my rooms and for all my family.. they were not even an helping hand... 2. Unclean rooms and washrooms... dirty and unclean.. stains on walls, broken toilet seats... dirty buckets... no hot water (one day later there was hot water after constant badgering). The roof was plasterd with cello tape, presumably from prior guests which no one bothered to clean. Had to order a bucket from blinkit just to be able to bath(thanks blinkit) 3. Stained bed sheets... the care taker claims ye Ganda nahi hai tel के daag hain.... pretended to help and then was nowhere to be seen 4. Mosquitos all over... had to order mosquito racket and baygon at 12 in night because caretaker had none 4. No sense of hospitality This is a reasonable property extremely poorly managed and run... Everyone plz avoid staying here... unhygienic and a health hazard... not recommended for anyone

Actually a bungalow had been converted to hotel. Rooms were very close and compact. No privacy like usual nice hotel rooms. Bedsheets and pilow covers were very dirty. After paying rs 1400, i was very disappointed. My ground floor room was very suffocated with uncomfortable smell of humidity, only tea facility available in kitchen. I think ist floor rooms may be much better choice for light and ventilation.

Good staff nice room worthy and good homely food

The management and staff services were top notch. They made me feel like i was at my home. From food to other services, they were bang on everything. Whenever i'll be coming to jaipur, i'll be staying there again for sure. Kudos the the manager and other staff members who took good care of everything!

Poor hotel. unhygienic room & toilets. Hand wash soap not available even on demand. Strongly not recommended.
