The hotel was okay and the place is quite comfortable to go anywhere. Everything was nearby. Someway, liked it. Though need to improve the quality in rooms.

Stayed for one day and it was a bad experience. They did not allow early check in and made me sit for an hour in spite of informing and mentioning about early check in while making the booking. There were other aspects as well like small room, no hand shower for commode, ac wasn't functioning properly, waiters constantly asking us about check out, etc. Also the food is exorbitantly expensive nearly 4 times higher than the original price.

Very nice hotel and staff behaviour good. Hotel room is very clean. Hotel food is also tasty like home

The room were clean and good, the service was also ok. They have their own restaurant at the hotel, so you don't need to worry about the meals.

The room is ok but bathroom is not good there is some water problem also

I reached the hotel in the morning at 5 o'clock and they asked me extra 800 rs to check in since my booking was advance payment or i had to check out at night. But they asked me for 800 rs extra to check in.

The person at the reception was very rude. He was not friendly in nature, they didn't allow even one of my friend to stay with us and there was a huge fare different between and offline booking

The rooms in reality at rawat are far worse than what they appear to be in the pictures. The washrooms were in no condition to be used, they were extremely unhygienic. I request everyone to not be fooled by the photographs they've displayed.

Rooms were very dirty also the staff was so rude i recommend everyone to take some other option rather than hotel rawat
