Spent 3 nights at this Staybridge and have to say was impressed. Staybridge brand can be hit or miss but this one did a great job. - Room nice and big. Had what you need for an extended stay - Free washer and dryers available - Managers Reception Mon-Wed was nice and can serve as a dinner if desired - Pool and BBQ area outside was smallish but nice. - Wifi was consistent - Staff was very nice, they even remember your name when coming in and out. Overall: best hotel in Camp Lejune area and would stay again.

Simply the best hotel I've stayed in, and I travel a lot! Every aspect was 5+ Pool, cleanliness, staff, food, amenities, administration, parking, location. What a wonderful find this hotel stay was. No matter what our needs were the staff met them cheerfully. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful and space was clean and comfortable. We stayed for four nights and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant and helpful.

As a Diamond member who frequently travel, I would love to recognize Ms. Jeane the meal preparer with the fantastic selection offered during Social on Wednesday night! As I enjoyed my dinner, it was heartwarming to watch how Ms. Jeane made sure we as valued Patrons were well attended. Not sure if Staybridge Suite (IHG Group) offer employees incentive awards for Outstanding customer service, but if they do, Ms. Jeane here in Jacksonville sure has my vote.

The hotel is very beautiful. The employees are wonderful. The rooms are amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a week this is the place. They have a dishwasher, sink, refrigerator and stove if you plan on staying for awhile. They also allow pets which is great. The rooms are very comfortable. They have a pool, a fitness center, a basketball court. They also have a nice lounge area inside and outside. If you need stores or restaurants they are close by. The hotel is in a nook but still a great place to stay

Clean and homey. Lots of amenities. Breakfast was great! Marvin the Chef entertains and gets you laughing in the morning. A Great way to start the day! Staff at from desk friendly and helpful. 15 minutes from New River MCAS. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

I'm not typically an IHG regular but this was an excellent choice for extended stay. Beautiful property in a convenient location to malls, and stores though there is no crosswalk to cross busy Rt. 53 so be very careful. Nicer kitchen than most other extended stay brands and the room was comfortable and clean. The dark roast was the best coffee of any hotel hands down. They serve free dinner every night and while very simple foods, "Chef Marvin" really treats you like a guest. The whole staff is very accommodating. WIFI worked well, parking easy, pet friendly of course and comfortable beds. The only safe run is going down Henderson. It's about 1.5 miles. Fortunately, if you stay on one side of 53 the sidewalks are good. If you are going to be in the area and like the mall location, you can't go wrong here.

Got a 2 bedroom hotel suite, it was compact, clean, efficient and comfortable. Rooms are small, but is great for a place to simply stay for the night. AC unit was noisy but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was average fare.

This facility has all you need for an extended stay: clean rooms, full kitchens, living room areas, fitness center, a pantry of snacks and supplies, an outdoor space that would make any homeowner envious, free laundry for guests, onsite pool, full breakfast every day and even a manager reception on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings. The staff are incredible (say hi to Marvin - you can't miss him!) They were friendly and easy to joke around with. We stayed an entire week and easily could have stayed longer with no issue.
