Tru by Hilton Jacksonville Airport I-95

Thank you so much for the incredible staff at the hotel, they were so kind and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if your are near the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Once again the Staff are amazing

I love it all, however, the room door is super heavy and they have a weird gab underneath the the doors. You can hear people passing by. It's kept very clean. Would rebook again.

Customer service was excellent. Room was clean except Bathroom shower had hair in it. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was ok. Wish there were more choices. Coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Brand new facility with excellent accommodations and wonderful staff. We were relocating to this hotel from a very unpleasant experience. The manager on duty insured that we were able to check in early even though she had been fully booked the previous night. My family and I have made a decision that we will only book Hilton hotels from here on out when traveling.

Hotel very clean, nice. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Only room for improvement would be the breakfast offered. I understand it’s included with the stay but some more offerings would be a nice touch. Other than that. Great stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful very clean lobby and rooms court yard have great seating love the pool table in the lobby area just a wonderful hotel

My stay with Tru was 1 night. At check in your greeted and given 2 bottles of water. The room was on the 5th floor with a city view next to Wally Park and at night it was a beautiful view of the city in lights. Spacious bathroom with a walk in shower, clean linen, comfortable mattress and pillows. Overall a good night sleep. Breakfast was your usual contemporary with mini pancakes, no waffles. My only complaint was no carpet on the floor.

The hotel is a very lovely. It's only 2 months old. , Extremly clean and a very friendly staff. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The only issue I had but not my husband was that the king size mattress was uncomfortable. It was too smooshy, way too soft and it didn't feel nice to me at all . The pool is a very nice size and it was also very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Property was clean and well-kept. Good value as well!
