The lower level has a massive game room with a pool table, bar area, corner sofa, laundry room, and bunk beds. We’ve stocked the house with extra amenities and utensils so it feels like a home and not a rental. Just bring your recipes! The house is in Northridge at Camelback, which features patrolling security and a community pool and tennis courts during the summer season. The house is one of the largest floor plan in the community and has a private back yard. Enjoy central AC and heating, Nest thermostat, and 6 televisions with Roku streaming.
