The service has always been a lovely stay until I extended my stay for an extra night. Ms.Sheila had a great attitude. However, the janitor decided to burst into our room without knocking and demanded we leave. Note I had already purchased an extra room the night prior. I walked to the front desk, and a hefty set lady had a distasteful attitude toward me because of my appearance. She started to lose customer service and yelled her voice and stated, “This is how I talk” Well, from my seven-year experience in customer service, it has never been okay to yell and try to argue with your customers. She also tried to threaten to “ rebuke” my stay because she claimed I had an attitude. Rooms are nonrefundable, so her having that authority should be reconsidered for your company. Extremely unprofessional and caused a bad view on the hotel.
