周りに全く気遣う必要が無く、心身ともに癒されます(特別室)。 数年前迄の、此方のワンコ宿泊の宿泊滞在規約が結構、ワン同伴の宿にしては縛りがあり過ぎて敬遠してましたが、新しい規約に変更され気軽に宿泊出来る様になりました。 料金設定は高めですが、 広い部屋は、同伴のワンコも気兼ね無く走り回れますし、担当の外国人の中居さんは細かなケアもしてくれるしワンを、とても可愛がってくれます。 611、411、615号室と宿泊しましたが、各部屋コンセプトが違い楽しめます。 宿自体も素晴らしいですが、色々な国の方が居ますが、担当になった外国人仲居さんの対応が素晴らしいと思います。 是非、宿泊した際は担当仲居さんとの楽しい時間を過ごすのも良いかと思います。

とにかくスタッフのみなさんが、気持ち良い対応をしてくれます。きめ細やかなサービス、元気な挨拶で 又来ようと思います。 お料理も料亭の懐石コースに劣らないお味、事前のリクエストで苦手食材も配慮してくれます。 備え付け基礎化粧品は『雪肌精』女性には嬉しいブランドです。

ドッグフレンドリーな宿です。 特別室611に宿泊しました。かなりいいお値段なので、期待もかなり。その期待を裏切らず、とっても良いお宿でした！ 犬と泊まれる宿は多くても、添い寝不可の宿が多い中、添い寝OKはかなりポイント高いです。しかも床も犬が滑りにくい素材。ありがたいです。 部屋についてる露天風呂は、これから寒くなる季節、温度を上げるのが大変そうかも…とも思いますが、部屋でゆっくり露天風呂はやはり満足度高いです。犬用露天風呂もあって、犬用タオルやシャンプー、ドライヤーも常備されているので、ふわふわいい香りになりました。 食事は金目鯛の煮付け、ステーキ、伊勢海老のブイヤベース…などなど、本当に豪華で、どれも美味しい！ 犬用ご飯も、ドライフードの他に持ち帰れる小分けおやつ付き。朝は鹿肉も！ ベッドの寝心地もいいし、ソファもいい。 人も犬も満足のお宿でした。

両親と5名、小型犬２匹で311号特別室に宿泊。約90㎡で大きくみんなでくつろげる。犬達もずっと大運動会。 朝夕の食事も、部屋で食べる旅館ならではのもてなし。もちろん温泉、大浴場もあり。布団も2名で敷にきてくれる(畳ではなくユカはソフトなフローリング)。すべての従業員の挨拶含め非常に気持ち良く、ペットにもなれている。ツインか、ダブル＋サブベッドがほとんどのペット宿のなか、旅館という良さが活かされている。両親連れ等には非常に良い。今まで泊まった、ペット宿では1番でした。
