Punta Vista Hotel

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met, the rooms and lobby smell amazing, everything is super clean. You also have the option to order food and drinks all the way to your hotel room. They accomodate your parking needs and the staff keeps an eye on the cars 24/7. This was very important to us as we had a rental car. Hotel is super central and walking distance to metro station. The water is also walking distance. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return every time I come back to Izmir. We stayed at the Punta Vista hotel for 6 nights on March 17, 2024. Since the reason for our trip was a city trip, the main thing for us when choosing a hotel was the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully, both issues did not mislead us in our choice. While making a choice, the opinions of the guests during the last 1 year helped us a lot. For this reason, I also prefer to write in detail. The hotel is a small apartment hotel. There is no food service. It is located at an ideal distance to all directions of the city. It was not a noisy and tiring zone. The hotel staff were very kind, smiling and helpful. They helped closely even in the smallest detail. The room was cleaned every day even if we didn't inform. It would not be wrong to say that it was one of the most suitable options for the period we visited, both in terms of price and location. Thanks again everyone! We wish you success in your work!

We stayed at the Punta Vista Hotel for 2 nights, 3 days and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel manager (Sergio) was extremely helpful with translations, local tips and took great care of us. The rooms are spacious, clean, well lit and really comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Konak, Izmir! Will definitely come back to stay if we're ever in Izmir again! - Marquie

Excellent accueil, le patron cherche vraiment à vous rendre service. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, presque une suite, literie de qualité. la clim est placée de façon à ce qu'elle ne tombe pas sur les lits. Pas de petit déj, mais une bonne boulangerie juste à côté. Café et thé à volonté. Taxi pas cher dans la ville (3-4 €) Certainement le meilleur hôtel sur 2 semaines.

çok temiz ve büyük odalari var, yataklari çok temiz ve rahatti. oda çok güzel kokuyordu. Televizyonda netflix ve Disney plus vardi. Şehir merkezinde olmasi da büyük bir avantajdi. Araba park yeri otelin tam önünde.

Очень рада, что остановила свой выбор на этом отеле. Район хороший безопасный, очень близко к парку, через который можно спокойно выйти на бульвар, идущий до набережной, причала и других важных мест, не опасаясь зайти в трущобы. С другой стороны рядом расположена станция метро и избана, что крайне удобно. Уровень сервиса на 4: везде чистота, номер просторный, но мусор за 4 дня никто не убирал, не говоря уже о замене полотенец и пр. Ежедневно возвращаясь вечером уставшие на 40-градусной жаре, обнаруживали, что наш ключ-карта не работает, и приходилось тащиться на ресепшен. Но в общем-то это всё мелочи, и прожить в номере этого отеля несколько дней было приятно.

Öncelikle, Personelleri yakından ilgiliydi. Odamız, Büyük ve hergün Temizleniyordu. Otel genel olarak, Temiz ve Bakımlı. Kız arkadaşımla 3 gün için kiraladık. Memnun kaldığımızdan dolayı, Toplam 5 gün Konaklama yaptık. Punta Vista Hotel. Teşekkürler..😇
