Nice hotel, clean room and nice staff. The receptionist forgot to check me in and they gave someone else my room. Luckily i came there when they were having a look at my room and i was able to find out what was going on. The girl who helped me was super nice and apologised. Not so close to the centre of paris unfortunately.

The hotel is new and clean. The room was large and has everything you need. There was a small kitchen with microwave oven, dishes and other kitchen items. Bed was comfortable. But the only problem is the location.

The pillows smelled funky as if they weren’t washed. The covers had stain. The bathroom smelled and the bathroom floor was dirty. The hallway to the room smelled even worse. Like most other hotels, they’ve done a good job renovating the lobby to get you in but once you take elevator to your floor and the unit, it’s a different story. Considering what they are charging for a night, expected a lot more.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten en 3 dagen in dit hotel. Verbeterpunten: 1)1e dag dat we er waren zat er ongedierte in de kamer. Bewijs meegenomen naar de receptie. Hebben wij een andere kamer gekregen. 2)3e dag dat we er waren ging vroeg in de ochtend ineens het brandalarm af 10 minuten lang heel veel lawaai. De gasten in het hotel wisten niet wat er gaande was. Er werd vanuit de staff geen oproep gedaan zodat wij als gasten weten wat er aan de hand is. 3)Geen telefoon op de kamer. Mocht er bijvoorbeeld een noodgeval zijn kan je de receptie niet bereiken. Dan zou je op de lift moeten wachten (als dit nog mogelijk is) of met de trap naar beneden. (Dit als je goed ter been bent anders wordt het een probleem) 4)Jammer dat de kamers niet dagelijks worden schoongemaakt. Dit ook om ongedierte te voorkomen. Pluspunten: 1)De lobby ziet er modern uit. 2)De dame bij de receptie die na 22.00 uur werkt wil ik graag mijn complimenten geven. Zij heeft ons goed geholpen. 3)Locatie was dichtbij bakkerij, supermarkt, restaurants en bushalte. Met het openbaar vervoer makkelijk overal naar toe. 4)Mooi ruim balkon

Sweet hotel - nice to have a kitcen in the room- Bathroom is quite small but it is easy to get to the hotel

excellent place for the price in a place that feels like home away from home… we loved it and definitely recommend for any budget trips.

Nice, clean hotel however, 3 things: 1. Hotel is far from Paris attractions, ie 50 minute train ride, 2.5 hour walk and 25 minute drive from eiffel tower. 2. The AC in our hotel did not work. The first night was awful. We told the receptionist the following day, however they said they did not have any rooms available to transfer us. They literally handed us a fan. The following day, they tried to tell us to come back at 3pm and they could see if they had a room at the time. We put up a fuss and they guaranteed us they would have a room for us when we returned from sightseeing. We transferred rooms and were comfortable for our 3rd and final night. 3. It took about 30 minutes to check in. When we arrived, the receptionist was helping another guest. It turns out they'd been working on a solution for an hour already. The guest stated he booked two rooms for his family and had email confirmation of his booking however, the receptionist said that, in their system, it showed he had booked 3 rooms! I've never heard of such a thing. Anyways, we saw the guy and his family the following day so everything was obviously sorted out but I thought that was pretty strange.

Poor soundproof wall. Better quality of toilet paper is ideal. There should be a room clean service more that 2 nights stay. Thank you

If you search a comfortable hotel, clean, good service, extensive breakfast and comfortable beds, just choose this hotel. You will not find it fast elsewhere in Paris for this money. Also one of the lesser hotels, that have rooms for 4 persons, including 4 good beds, no sleeping couches, for this money.

I really liked how clean the room and hotel were in general! Also, the bed was super comfortable, I could live there. Near the hotel is small shop, pharmacy, and a bakery that serves hot, fresh bread (even in the afternoon) and amazing sweets. The only drawback (maybe except weak localization, but that's nothing they can do about it) was the lack of any vegetables during breakfast - I mean french breakfast is fine when you stay in a hotel over the weekend but since my stay was almost 2 weeks at some point I felt bored with lack of diversity in the breakfast.
