住了3天wifi每天都壞這沒wifi在島上太難受了啥也幹不了 ipad菜單也不更新有的菜沒有 除了那中國管家還行 叫攜程和她去投訴才派人來連幫我連wifi 我不懂幾萬塊一晚wifi也保證不了嗎

Wunderhüsch alles einfach sehr modern und schön

We spent 5 nights at this magnificent resort, a year after our first stay, and decided to return to celebrate a round birthday. This time, we were lucky enough to stay in a Grand Reef Villa (number 311) and a Grand Overwater Villa (number 139). We even experienced the amazing Stella Maris villa. We checked in very early after a totally private yacht ride. As Diamond members, the resort was kind enough to ask whether we’d like to have breakfast before getting some well needed sleep, and of course we said yes. Our first villa was a magnificent Grand Reef one, which differs from the “basic” Reef Villa by an extra living room. All the great features of the room were still there – 2 TV’s, a dining table, an incredible bath tub, a shower, an outdoor shower, Aesop toiletries and a private pool. The villa was very central and within a short bike/buggy ride to reception and the breakfast place. Our second villa was at the other end of the resort – a wonderful identical villa, but an overwater one. Everything was the same other than the outdoor shower, which was on a deck and not in the outdoor garden. As always, breakfast at the Tasting Table was SUPERB. We had a nice dinner at Yasmeen, the Arabic restaurant, a rather too-noisy-for-us dinner at Zuma and 3 wonderful dinners at The Tasting Table. We never skipped the afternoon happy hour at Peacock Alley, which was lovely. Ocean Day was celebrated at the resort during our stay and featured extra food during happy hour, an interesting marine biologist lecture and participating in an actual planning of choral, which was fantastic. The pools (all family and adult only) were wonderful, as were the beaches. We found the best snorkeling experience to be over the reef opposite villa 311 and villas 137 and 139. The entire staff and managers at the resort were beyond amazing and made sure this birthday is never forgotten (fruit, cakes, band dedicating a song, cards and most importantly – a genuine smile). Thank you, it was AMAZING. Bottom line – this is, without a doubt, the very best property on the Waldorf Astoria portfolio, we were sad to leave, but we’re returning next year for a third visit. If you ever plan to visit the Maldives just once, this is BY FAR your best choice. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to enjoy your vacation. Our villa was super big and always very clean. The food was always delicious and the cuisine options were varied so every day we could enjoy our meals at different restaurant. Stuff was always friendly and helpful especially our personal concierge Zach who took an excellent care of us!! Our private dinner on the beach was prepared with every little detail. Lots of different sports activities and spa treatments. One of the most unforgettable trips we had in our lives.

Our recent 12-night stay in May 2024 marked our sixth visit to the spectacular Waldorf Astoria Maldives. My wife and I first experienced the resort in November 2019, and since then, we have returned twice in 2021, once in 2022, and once in 2023. Having had the privilege of visiting some of the world's most beautiful resorts, we can confidently state that the Waldorf Astoria Maldives remains at the pinnacle of our list. The resort consistently exceeds our expectations. Since our inaugural visit in 2019, the Waldorf Astoria Maldives has undergone remarkable evolution. Initially, the foliage was low and in its early stages of growth. Over the years, the vegetation has flourished, becoming dense and stunning. The coral reefs have also thrived, now vibrant and teeming with marine life, including reef sharks, turtles, and rays. Additionally, the resort has upgraded and expanded its gym, introduced a designated painting area, and has several other projects in development to enhance the overall experience further. The resort's facilities are unparalleled. The villas are among the largest in the Maldives and are meticulously maintained. The resort boasts eleven diverse dining options, ranging from fine dining to casual eateries. The quality and preparation of the food are exceptional, making it challenging to choose which restaurant to revisit. During our stay, we dined at Zuma, The Ledge, Yasmeen, Tasting Table, Amber, and Glow, each offering a unique and exquisite culinary experience. One of our favorite routines was visiting Amber for light bites and wine, while watching the magnificent sunsets before dinner. The primary reason we continue to return to the Waldorf Astoria Maldives is the exceptional staff. The team demonstrates a deep-seated pride in their work and a cohesive effort that enhances the guest experience. Their kindness and genuine nature, coupled with an almost intuitive ability to anticipate and fulfill our needs, set them apart. For example, my wife and I would sit at the same table for breakfast every morning. One morning, the general manager, TJ and the resort manager, Alan were sitting at “our” table. We were settling into another table but when they spotted us, they immediately offered the table to us. Our personal concierge, Hazuki, took excellent care of us, managing our dinner reservations and spa appointments. This was our second time working with Hasuki, and her service was impeccable. When Hazuki went on leave during the last two days of our trip, Boos, our new concierge, maintained the same high standards of service. We would like to extend our gratitude to numerous individuals for another extraordinary stay, including Trevor, Muuthu, Roger, Sympli, Sonam, Aboo, Alan, and TJ. We also appreciate the seamless and comfortable transport provided by the yacht and airport staff, as well as the efforts of the groundkeepers, bartenders, and waitstaff. A beautiful, A’ Class resort with excellent service and friendly staff making your stay more memorable. Ideal for families and a great chance for children meeting and playing with families from other parts of the world. The rooms are spacious with a delicate smell of diptyque. The restaurants are all of excellent tastes. Spa brilliant especially facial therapies and strong massage pressure.

Let me just say that Waldorf was the highlight of my Maldives trip. After staying at the Conrad, this luxurious resort lived up to its name. I am already planning my next trip to come back to the Waldorf. My butler Boos was exceptional along with each and every single staff member here. Even had a manager come up to us and buy us a round of drinks. We always had a staff member or manager come up to us to see how everything was. The food here is incredible. The breakfast selection literally was unbelievable. I had dinner at Li Long twice because it tasted like true Chinese flavors. The Peking duck was 10/10. The attention to detail here legit blew me away. One of the days, I went swimming with my partner and I. There was no one at the pool and no staff in sight. After getting out of the pool, I realized the staff had brought over a pitcher of ice cold water & juice. We had not asked for it. This is how I know Waldorf values customer service. Waldorf is definitely more expensive than the other resorts but I think you pay for what you get. We stayed in the king oversized reef villa and my mouth dropped when I realized how big the room and the pool was. Whenever I needed a buggy, my butler showed up to pick us up and drop us off. He answered all of my questions. He made all the reservations for us and even squeezed us in for a time slot that wasn't available. I was here celebrating my birthday and they went above and beyond to celebrate with me. My butler also told us we wouldn't have to worry about filling out the travel form to leave Maldives, because he would do it for us. I was so shocked because at the Conrad, my butler told me to do it myself. I can go on and on about the level of service here but I will let you experience that yourself. The resort and pool area is beautiful. I do wish they had more snorkel areas but if you're here to relax, you have everything you need. Because you are closer to Male, you will see more boats traveling past your villas. The $70 oyster and caviar martini at Terra was not good at all. It tasted like watered down vodka. Definitely skip on that. Although It was super disappointing that we really wanted to try Zuma here. We made reservations for dinner and they told us they aren't opening that night because there wasn't enough reservations. I wish they compensated us with something else. Overall I recommend the Waldorf and would be planning to return.

From the time you arrive at the airport to the time you leave, the resort takes care of your every need and anticipates your requests before you even make them. Every meal was incredible, the staff is incredibly warm and genuine, and the facilities are exquisite.

I felt compelled to sign up tripadvisor just to leave my personal first negative review on a hotel property. My son has left the negative review previously, but since it was two reservation I feel the need to left one as well. Being our40 anniversary, being a diamond member we have made sure to celebrate along with my sons 40 birthday all together at Waldorf, and we even booked a year out eager to enjoy our celebration there. We have arrived couple days early and stayed at the Hilton before departure to Waldorf, in middle of the night , were told that Waldorf have booted us out, and were told Conrad is option with welcome back voucher. But due to the fact we have visited Conrad years ago, it did not budge us as we want a luxyr stay with special ocasion, we asked for the alternative. Now being in our late 60s we'd rather somewhere closer but given no choice but go with other property they have as sole option ( we did ask and list them other up par luxury property at least same tier or better comparing WA but was declined ) Eventually they putted us 40 mintes away seaplane transfer given we're in our late 60s , and completely out of date and far less up to par tier property. No wlecomeback to WA voucher was offered with this. The whole experience was unacceptable given my wife and i and son and daughter in law were all diamond members. Lastly the situation was far terrible with their room manamgement due to the fact we were up till 2 am the day of arrival to figoure where to place us , and manager on duty was far less pro actively working with us as we have to make serveral calls ourself at our roaming expense out of our pocket in Maldive. This is utter most horrible of all the luxury hotels we have experienced. There was no follow up from WA the whole incidence after placing us to far less luxury tier stay.
